Anna was very patient, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Ana was a great collection coach. She was thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. I had issues with slow blood flow into my 1st vial, and her suggestions/tips prior to collecting my 2nd and 3rd vials worked out great. She stuck with me through the entire collection process, which ended up pretty lengthy. I really appreciated all of her help!

This kit is clunky and I watched the videos twice prior, and followed it exactly. I could not recommend this kit as is

Ana, who assisted me with my blood draw, was extremely patient, empathetic and thorough. After doing one failed blood draw on my own, I had to get assistance for the second one and she helped me get a successful draw. Definitely recommend the live calls!

The live call specialist calmed my nerves about drawing blood at home. She made me feel at ease and walked me easily through the entire process.

Instructions were great. I got my results back a week later, some of the results say they are still waiting to be reviewed. I think the dashboard with results is a bit confusing and needs a UI adjustment, it’s a bit all over the place.

Otherwise I hope this company can start offering all the blood tests conventional doctors can because had I not found this, I wouldn’t have gotten blood work done.

I highly recommend this to anyone with medical anxiety, needle or blood anxiety!

Clear and patient. Gave perfect directions, answered questions immediately and walked me right through the process.

The individual helping me was knowledgeable and friendly. They were also patient with me and all my kids running around asking questions.

Used my kit and followed directions carefully. No blood in tube. Did not work. Asked for refund and they refused. They won't even refund partial and only had shipping via usps, and cost of kit. No cost for testing and fedex back. This is SCAM !
