But had I known I could connect anytime to a live person, instead of only during certain hours on two different days, I would have been able to get this done several days earlier. But no worries, as all is well.

When it came time to prepare the mailer, I placed the bloodwork card into the small envelope which then goes into the larger return envelope mailer. However, I found the mailer too narrow to be able to easily slip the envelope with the bloodwork card into it. So I ended up carefully cutting around the inner envelope containing the card so that it would then fit into the return envelope mailer. Maybe the outer envelope needs to be super snug in order to keep air out so as not to impact the blood card in any way??? If not, then maybe the next size up would be beneficial?

I must say how pleased I am with SiPhox Health. Unfortunately, the health insurance premiums I pay don’t get me much. I went for my annual exam and my PCP told me my cholesterol was high and instantly tried to get me a statin. I refused. I questioned my PCP about the lack of information on the Bloodwork, specifically the particle sizes of the LDL. He looked at me and asked if I had been on YouTube. After receiving my Bloodwork from SiPhox Health, it revealed that my ferritin was elevated. I forwarded this information to my PCP and he ordered test. The issue has since been addressed. In addition, I just met with my cardiologist and presented to him the Bloodwork from my visit this year with SiPhox Health. He was impressed and said that the data was very helpful. He is looking forward to my next blood panel. It kind of makes you wonder why we spend so much money on healthcare and the tests that they order are so generic that they really don’t help you in most cases.Thank you so much for this great product.
