Honestly, I had a really great experience with this company while I was in Canada. I tried their service and really liked how innovative and convenient it was. Being able to do everything without having to go to a doctor or a lab was such a nice experience.
I actually brought one of the ADX kits back with me to the UK so I could show my friends how it works.
The customer support was great too. Evans helped me with everything I needed and was really helpful throughout the whole process. There was also a girl with a very unique name who helped me with the sample collection — she was great as well.
Overall, I’m really happy with the experience. Super convenient, friendly support, and a really cool concept. Definitely 5/5 from me!

I’ve used other at-home testing brands, and so far SiPhox is far better. It covers all of my specific biomarkers and more. The kit is beautifully packaged, the instructions are clearly written, and you actually get a live person on video to walk you through your first test. They communicate sample tracking very well once it ships. However, I was never notified when the results were ready. I thought they were taking a long time, so I logged into my account and found that the results had already been sitting there for a few days.

Instruction call is the best! Really makes me comfortable with the whole process.

Spent over $370 for lab work that no Dr will trust and have to spend all that money again to get labs done by Drs lab.
Regardless of CLIA certificate which they use like it's 100 percent of of lab process. It's not

She was so helpful—my first drops did not bleed into the serum side as planned and I had to stick another finger—so glad she noticed and was able to coach me to do 2nd stick!

The at home test was very easy to administer. The only unexpected part was the days you could take the test, but it was for an important reason, so that the overnight return shipping would make it in a timely manner. The results given were more than expected, each out of range result was accompanied by an explanation of what was being measured, why it was out of range, and why it was important. Then a general summary was given that explained the most important actions for you to focus on to improve your results in the future, some of which were a surprise to me. Overall, the experience far exceeded what I expected.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Website says starting $125 but don’t tell you about the $124 that also gets charged automatically for a dumbass membership (every 3 months) that you don’t get told about. The 3RD party that takes payments won’t refund after the item gets shipped out per their “return policy” to cancel once you’ve seen the $125 + $124 charge within minutes of each other, then tell you in multiple emails what you get for them stealing $249 from you. Can’t get ahold of the SiPhox place themselves cus they don’t answer their damn phone or are never in the office! KEEP YOUR MONEY ($249), NOT WORTH THE CONSTANT BS WITH THIS COMPANY OR THEIR 3RD PARTY THEY WORK WITH! WHAT A JOKE!

Very easy and convenient way to have your labs done. The collection specialist was very helpful and guided me through the entire process.
