I really appreciated the step by step instruction the SiPhox Health Support Team provided me. Renata Malevska made the process easy and provided me great instructions. She was patient and friendly and made the collection of two of my samples quick and easy.

She explained everything clearly and slow.

Update:
It's now Sept 8th, and I still have NO results from SiPhox. I placed my order with them 23 days ago and needed these results quickly to begin a medical treatment. Still no word except, "Due to a high volume of samples, processing has taken longer than anticipated." It was 5 days ago when I received that message.

I am so displeased I ever entrusted SiPhox. I can't be sure there won't be another message about my "sample not viable", or "lost", or whatever, and then I'll have to restart this process with another company and this has me very frustrated.

I would caution anyone considering using them to think twice. They also have a way to get rid of bad reviews by "flagging" them with Trustpilot to create extra friction on you to prove you're an actual client, or the review will be deleted within 3 days. How do I know? Because they flagged mine. Keep this in mind as you look at their reviews.

Everything about SiPhox feels like an unnecessary delay. for a technology co, things should happen much faster. When I was tested with a competing lab, they sent me my test kit overnight and had it picked up the next day.

With Siphox, I placed my order on the 14th, and didn't get it until the 25th!!

Now that I've done my test, they say it's arrived and can take 7-10 "business days" to process! This is outrageous.

Now here's the worst part: I only used them because they have an arm device that it neither a finger prick nor going to a lab for a blood draw. However, what they failed to mention, is that for my test package, it requires THREE blood draws at once! When I found that out, I was not at all a happy camper.

They also sprang the news on me that b/c this is my first test with them, I'm required to call in for a video call with one of their associates as I complete my test.

Now I'm just waiting for the final shoe to drop: them telling me that my lab test was unusable. We'll see if that happens, but that would def. complete the experience for me.

Forgot to mention, I didn't realize I already had a CC on file with them for signing up for an account over year ago. So when I ordered my test, it went on that CC. I tried to change to another CC as my "default" for the future, but when you look at the billing in their portal, THERE IS NO WAY TO TELL which card is the default, as it just shows "card" without giving any indication of WHICH card!!! Even after contacting cust. svc. I could not get an answer.

Again, this is a TECHNOLOGY company! Come on SiPhox... you can do better than this.

The live representative was professional. She walked me through the test collection step by step and answered all my questions. Great service.

The SiPhox Health rep was incredibly helpful. Not only did I get a quick email reply to my question, the issues were addressed quickly! A couple of the mistakes were mine and the rep was very kind and thoughtful in her replies.

Maria did a great job directing me towards drawing the blood and take the test.

Una was very professional, friendly, and able to help me with my blood sample. She was flexible and understanding. I give her the highest recommendation.

Well packaged test kit with clear instructions. I uploaded a prior blood test and had recommendations.
Sent out my first samples today. 3 small vials and no problem at all.

Maria was amazing. She walked me thru each step. It was quick and easy. It was so nice to be able to do the test at home.

Easy to use- the staff members via the live call made it super easy to draw the sample and package it up and ship it correctly. But the online portal where you see the results and what the results mean is fantastic. Why does my medical insurance and my PCP provide data like this. These results are easy to understand. I am really glad I did this. Totally worth thr money!!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WAS GREAT. SHE WAS HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT.

They do what they say they will do and I have checked their results with other test by companies and all straight up.

I made a call for my first blood draw and she was extremely thorough and helpful. Super easy. I shipped my sample on Friday and got my results on Wednesday. Great service!

I already gave a review however I would like to add that the postage paid envelope was almost impossible to fit the blood sample in. Hopefully it didn't affect results but the return envelope was absolutely too tight.

Blood testing through SiPhox was extremely easy. The test kit arrived quickly, and it was easy to unpack and understand. The person assisting on the testing phone call (required for a first-time tester) was very helpful and provided clear, easy-to-understand instructions. The test results arrived in just a few days and provided a comprehensive report on the blood work.

I made a subscription for my mother and ordered an EasyDraw Kit. Unfortunately, the first attempt failed, so I contacted customer support. Evan reached out to me and smoothly guided me through the next steps, sending me a replacement kit.
Following his instructions, we then had a call with a collection specialist (sadly, I can’t remember her name), and this time, everything was successful. After a week, we received the results, and we’ll be doing this monthly to keep an eye on specific biomarkers.
