No response from support for over a week – multiple critical issues unresolved

I have been a paying customer of SiteCountry and currently have multiple active services and client websites hosted with them.
For over a week, I have received no response whatsoever via:
Support ticket system
Telegram support
Follow-ups on existing tickets
This is not a minor issue. I am experiencing serious service instability, including:
Repeated downtime and errors
Unresolved server/resource issues
Open tickets with no updates or ETA
Despite polite and detailed communication, there has been complete silence from support.
At this point, I am not asking for miracles — only:
A response
A clear explanation
A realistic resolution timeline
I hope SiteCountry will finally acknowledge this publicly and contact me to resolve the situation, because right now this level of support is unacceptable for production and client-facing services.

3rd Class Hosting - Never Purchase | No Support Team

I purchased the hosting last year. My site gets down more than 1000 times. In a single day, it gets down 3/4 times. There is no live support, and they do not proivde refund.

Their server crashed

Their server crashed, and all website data was lost. They had no backup, and my entire business went down, causing heavy losses. I tried to reach them multiple times, but they kept avoiding me. Whenever I managed to contact them, they said they would compensate me with a higher service plan and a refund, but it has been over a month, and they haven’t replied to my ticket. They ignore my chats, don’t respond on Telegram, email, or support tickets. I feel this is a complete scam not a trustworthy hosting company. Your site and business are at serious risk with them.

I have been using SiteCountry hosting…

I have been using SiteCountry hosting for the last 3 years. In the beginning, the service was fine, but in 2025 the quality has become the worst.

My website goes down 5–6 times every single day.
cPanel often doesn’t work and is very unstable.
phpMyAdmin shows “Not Secure” (no SSL).
Their live chat support doesn’t work anymore, so there’s no way to get quick help.

This has caused a lot of problems for my work. After being a long-time customer, I expected better stability and proper support. If these issues are not fixed, I will be forced to switch to another hosting provider.

Not recommended unless SiteCountry fixes these major problems.

Worst Hosting Experience Ever

This hosting is a complete disaster. Their servers are full of vulnerabilities, and because of that, my site got hacked. Hackers planted backdoors straight through their insecure system. Instead of protecting customers, they leave your site wide open.

I lost valuable time, posts, and had to clean up the mess because their platform can’t provide even the basic level of security. If you value your website, your money, and your sanity — stay far away from this hosting. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reliable provider.

terrible hosting, I purchased hosting to host websites, the hosting does not work, support has been lying for a month that there is a problem with the database, but even the hosting client panel does not open, they do not respond to requests, they turn off live chat as soon as you ask a question about their support, they are scammers

Pathetic Situation currently.

Using their service for 2 years. Last year service was ok. This year stopped their eu servers. Migrated my site to a 3rd class server.. 5 min downtime every day is normal now and minimal. Rest 1-2 hours also common. Can not provide recent on demand backups. Service quality degrading day by day.. Whenever problem arises live chat option goes missing from their website. Even if I create support tickets then they sometimes reply with some excuses.. Most of the times they just ignore and close your ticket automatically without any reply. Hosting server response is very slow... Totally waste... 3rd class hosting not recommended anymore... Last year I haven't face such pathetic service... But this year just waste 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Also most of their 5star reviews are fake. They writes their own review on trust pilot.

Unrestorable data if any outage occurs and pathetic customer care service. Don't expect any update from them.

My site was getting down frequently and then an outage occurred. it took more than a day to migrate the data but still the site was not up. Opened multiple tickets with them but only one update with outage. as if it was copy pasted everywhere. They restored the partial data some how but still need to followup without any update on tickets. Choose your provide carefully or else you will end up in a situation like me. Do not go with Sitecountry.

I have purchase storage for more than 100gb
and sql space is unlimited.
but after few days i was unable to access cpanel.
also my site frequently downs. and now my storage decreased automatically to 50 gb

SiteCountry - The Worst Hosting Service, Ever I have found

I have not found such an irresponsible hosting provider as you yet. Last 3 Days our business website has been completely down. We can not run promotions. I have tried several times to contact you via Support Ticket, Telegram, WhatsApp Message, and WhatsApp Call, but unfortunately, I did not received any response from any channel.

With such an irresponsible mindset, you'd better avoid this business.

Worst Experience – Never Buy Hosting or Domain from SiteCountry

I purchased hosting and domain from SiteCountry, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. They promised quick support and reliable service, but the reality is completely opposite.

After requesting nameserver update, they confirmed the update was done, but even after 3 days nothing changed.

I repeatedly contacted their support team, but they do not reply properly.

Their so-called "technical support" is useless, and they leave customers helpless.

Time is money in online business, and because of their poor service, my work has been delayed badly.

⚠️ Warning: If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, DO NOT buy hosting or domain from SiteCountry. There are far better hosting providers available with genuine support and faster response times.

👉 I strongly suggest avoiding SiteCountry for hosting, domains, or any web services.

Yes...24 Hours. My blog has been DOWN since past one day and still no response. I created a support ticket —No response.

At the time of writing this review, my blog is still unaccessible. If you're thinking about migrating to SITECOUNTRY — DO NOT.
