So easy to sign up! I’ve tried so many different skin care brands and products to help clear up my oily, acne prone skin and nothing has ever worked. However, this stuff is amazing, cleared my skin so quickly and keeps it clear too! I also love the cleanser, moisturiser and spf too. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

1 star is too much for this extremely impersonal money grabbing company…

After using their daily doser for 4-5 months, whilst my overall skin texture was more glowy and radiant, I kept experiencing EXTREME dryness to the point where my whole face was actually peeling. This led me to have to stop using the daily doser all together. At this point I logged onto my account when I was faced with such a lengthy process of trying to cancel my subscription. Further more, not once do they confirm you need a new doser or send an email BEFORE the money comes out of your account, only once it has been shipped (which I believe is wrong and money grabbing). Additionally, when trying to contact anyone regarding any issues, it’s such a long and lengthy process in order to get in contact with who you need and once you get in contact with who you need, good luck ever finding that feed of conversation again… anyway, after the peeling calmed down from stopping use, I decide to continue (as another had already been shipped). After about a month of this continued use, rather than peeling, I had developed white heads/spots/ance/redness. After speaking to my prescriber (following the lengthy process to get hold of them) I was informed that the active ingredients and extremely STRONG ingredients they use in the doser had caused me to develop POD (Perioral Dermatitis) This condition has extremely knocked my confidence as my skin is in a horrific state and has been for the past 4 weeks - despite my perscriber saying it should clear quickly. If I could go back to 6 months ago when I started using this scam of a product and before spending £100s on it then I would tell myself to stop and anyone considering it DO NOT waste your time, money, skin confidence or self esteem with this awful awful impersonal money grabbing scheme that they have going on here.

I've been using skin+me for 2 months and the change in my skin is really fantastic. I have very sensitive skin, prone to irritation from skincare products, so I was hesitant to try initially. The questionnaire into my skin and medical history was very thorough and I was put at ease by knowledge that a qualified dermatologist was prescribing me a serum that would target the issues with my skin, while still being gentle enough to not irritate. Also, knowing that this can be reviewed and adjusted at any time makes this well worth continuing my subscription. I also got lots of freebies (cleanser, moisturizer, spf) with my first order and I can say that these were all great too!

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for the last 4 months and you have made it exceptionally difficult. I don’t use your products and when I did in the beginning it actually gave me a rash. 3rd class products.

I am only two months in but so far have really enjoyed the personalised experience. The communication is great and I feel that I can see a difference in my skin already. I would recommend this product.

This is a very straight forward process to go through. The website is clear and concise. The interaction with the dermatologist is very swift, courteous and helpful. The products themselves are excellent and very nicely presented and packaged. I'm 4 months in and have seen an incredible improvement in my skin. All in all this whole process is easy, compassionate, effective and incredibly worthwhile.

Sent photos of my skin and received a diagnoses and treatment within half an hour. Look forward to seeing the results. Thank you so much !
