I cancelled my subscription but they've still sent me another moisturiser. Not happy. I even emailed them to say please acknowledge I've cancelled it, weeks ago. I've had no response.

I did not realise when ordering the trial pack , I’d be looped into a monthly subscription. Need it cancelled ! 😡

Great product. Been using for a few months now and is making a real difference to my skin. Experience has been great. When I’ve needed to change ingredients in my solution, this was done right away and a new one sent out in the post. Service has been excellent!

Love Skin + Me. I have seen an improvement in my skin's glow, texture and firmness. I had some issues adjusting to the prescription but it was easy to get in touch and seek advice and they amended my dose. I have recommended to friends who also love it.

I started my journey just before coming off the pill so I had a skin care routine set in place as I knew before I had broke out badly. It’s been so handy to have my treatments every month knowing I don’t have to buy loads of different skin care and knowing I can customise it throughout my journey as things change is great. So far iv not had any major breakouts and iv been off the pill 5 months, I will continue to use this and document my journey.

I think it could explain more about how the treatment works in the long term, specifically whether the formula stays the same for a reason or because I didn't say anything. I expected that, after a few months, a new evaluation would be needed to update the treatment, but until now, nothing has been done.

Not that impressed with the service so far. After nearly 4 months, still not seeing results and no-one has been in touch to check in.

Starting the Skin+Me daily doser has helped me maintain motivation and consistency with my skin care routine. I'm completely new to retinoids, so starting on a very small dose of tretanoin is great for me, as it gives time not just for my skin to acclimate, but also for me to acclimate to the changes in my habits that are needed, especially making sure I wear sunscreen. So far I'm enjoying Skin+Me, but I can see wanting to find a more cost-effective solution in the future.

Great products that really work, easy to provide information so you can get the correct prescription for your skin type

I’ve recently turned 30 and am at the stage where all of my friends are thinking of getting fillers and Botox. I’m not about that life, so I turned to Skin + Me. They’ve reduced my fine lines and made my skin brighter and less dull. Very pleased. I love the collection with the spf, moisturiser and the serum along with the Daily Doser but as it’s quite expensive I have to savour those!

The experience from first order to customer service has been exceptional. It feels very personal and tailored
to individual needs.

Really makes a difference to my skin, smoother and more plump. Only issue is ingredients are very strong and have caused some irritation to the skin barrier.

Product tailored to be suitable in pregnancy. Very simple way of administering skin care, particularly if time is limited. Quite expensive however.

The products are fabulous and reasonably priced! There are a lot of products that don’t do what they actually say, my Skin + Me treatments keep my skin clear and the texture is much improved. This is definitely worth the cost and subscription.

I initially trialled the product with a small amount to see how my skin would react, and I was really impressed with the results. I’m just about to start my third tube, which says a lot about how much I like it!
I love the convenience of it arriving at my home before I run out, making it easy to stay consistent with my routine. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my skin, and after this next tube I’m planning to contact the team to discuss tweaking my formula to target a few other concerns I’d like to work on.

I would highly recommend skin and me , the whole process has been so simple , from consultation stage to receiving my personalise skin care . The products feel high quality and i have noticed a real difference in my skin.

Skin + Me has made a real difference to my mild acne. Before I started this treatment I was at a loss and felt like I had tried everything as my acne was very stubborn. There is a purging stage for a few weeks that takes a bit of time but once that was over I noticed a dramatic improvement in my skins smoothness and noticed much less breakouts with the remaining spots appearing a lot clearer.
