Very good price for a fine product!
I recently bought a ski jacket Spyder Pinnacle, size M. The delivery was just as they said 4 working days. Very good product at a very good price. The delivery package was a little bit damaged (half open but it doesn't affected the product at all).
All in all, great experience, very good product at a very good price, delivered in time. keep up the good work! I strongly recommend!

Jackets arrived perfectly. Courier did take a bit long but that is not the company's fault. I was concerned about the delivery itself from the courier and when I sent out an email to the company about it I got no reply... However jackets arrived fine and I would order from them again next time.

Your company did an amazing job delivering to the US
Your company did an amazing job! First of all, your price was the best one available online, for this jacket in the size and color that I was looking for. My first order was returned by FedEx to your warehouse for an unknown reason, but your customer service rep, quickly sent an email informing me about it. This email , also included the discount coupon code I used, in case I wanted to place a new order. The refund including the shipping cost, was reflecting in my account very shortly, no more than two days. I immediately placed the order again, and since this was a birthday gift for my husband, I was very pleased to received the Napapijri jacket way faster than I expected, considering that was shipped to El Paso, TX USA from the Netherlands. Thank you for the great communication and great customer service, I will give you 10 stars if I could.
