Genuine Deal

Not the1st time using... so easy to locate the cheapest, ideal flight when all that is needed is to provide some information like destination and dates then Skyscanner does the searching for me. I got what I needed in a matter of seconds!! Saves me alot of time and heartaches!

My payment processing failure

My payment failed initially(my fault) , when I tried to repeat it wouldn't pass through to my bank.
Tried several times then,
In frustration I booked through traveloka using their PayPal gateway without any problemd

Thanks for sharing this review, I'm sorry you've encountered this problem when trying to complete a booking with a provider found through our website.

Skyscanner is a tool that helps you organise your trip by finding the best options for you. When you select a journey, your reservation is made directly with the airline or travel agent of your choice. Once you are on the provider’s website, you’ll be able to see all the different payment options they offer, and the payment will be handled solely by them on their own platform, so I'm afraid we have no visibility over this.

Prices were not competitive

Prices were not competitive. Cookies bumped up prices way above actual flight prices.

To give you some context about how our site works, we rely on data that is passed through to us from our travel providers. We don't set prices ourselves and therefore it's not technically possible for us to adjust prices based on cookies.
