Great customer service when I wanted to customise my bed.

We had excellent service from sleepstyle and especially Ashley who was very helpful and prompt in her replies. Product was delivered as promised and was very safely packaged to minimise any chance of damage.
We will happily use this company again.

first order had 2 divan beds and mattresses and I was so pleased I ordered a third one 2 months later. Really good value for money, top quality products.

Great stool/table, made to order with choice of size, colour, material. Very good communication from sellers checking everything correct with order before making, was greatly appreciated as I had made a mistake which was rectified. Quick delivery. Recommended!

The customer service, product delivery and quality of the product were great. What prompted me to give this only 3 stars is the fact the wall mounted headboard contained absolutely no instructions whatsoever to install and there were no wall fixings- only 12 screws. I had to go onto the website of one of your competitors to use their installation method and work it out for myself.

I’m so impressed with this company! From start to finish I have received outstanding customer service. I first contacted via chat when I did not receive my welcome discount, I received an answer immediately which gave me an even bigger discount. My footstool arrived in a timely manner, so well packaged it could have survived a shipwreck. I loved the footstool but the legs were too small for what I intended it for (my mistake entirely, I didn’t measure properly). I contacted them via chat to double check what fixings I would need on the new legs I intended to buy and, once again, despite the fact it was after 7pm on a Saturday, they responded immediately and even sent me the link of their leg suppliers so I could buy what I needed. I will definitely use the company again.
