What a fantastic shopping experience start to finish. I am incredibly pleased with the quality and style of my ottoman. I love that it is made in the UK. I was looking for a specific type of leg and appreciated the sales team gave me tons of options to choose from so I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Ordering the free swatches gave me confidence that I would like the fabric and it would match the rest of my decor. The entire process start to finish was less than 2.5 weeks, which is incredible for a custom piece of high quality upholstered furniture. Highly recommend.

Swift and helpful communication from the outset with excellent response time and quick delivery. We are delighted with our bed head and its bespoke nature to fit our colour scheme requirements.

Our winged headboard is absolutely beautiful and very well made. Ashley arranged for it to come in 4 piece to ensure it would go up the stairs with it being a superking. It was east to put together and very strong when assembled. The delivery men were professional and right on time. Overall a brilliant experience and I'm definitely buying from sleep style again.

So far I have only ordered their free swatches but I would certainly recommend this company's customer service. Ashley has gone above and beyond in providing whatever I needed to help me decide what to buy but without ever making me feel I was being pushed into a purchase. I look forward to posting a similar review once I do make my purchase.

This is the 3rd pouffe I have purchased and yet again super quality and well made, also arrives quicker than stated.
So if your looking for a bigger than average size pouffe this is the place to go.

Very surprised at the quality of the bed as I had never used the company before well worth the money, very pleased with my purchase and anytime I had questions during the ordering or delivery process very helpful customer service team. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on my review was there was no option for the delivery people to deliver to room of choice or assemble the bed for us and it was very heavy between myself and my husband, other than this very satisfied with the product and service thank you

Fabulous looking divan bed. Great colour and material (velour in sky blue). Great customer service. The owner answered queries out of hours and was very helpful. Bed well packed and no damage. Excellent 👍

Cannot speak highly enough of Sleepstyle and especially Ashley who answered all my questions very promptly, looked at customising the bench to my needs and kept me up to date at every stage. Excellent that I could order free colour swatches which arrived promptly and the Chloe Bench looks lovely at the end of my bed.
