I actually am a professional gambler and I knew to read reviews before but was sent the link thru another site so I would spend a $25 here and there I never use bonuses so I can cash out whenever and they are telling me they need all this stuff no site needs to cash out $530 dollars! This is an absolute scam. First they had created a fake app mimicking a local casino. I didn't catch that. I signed up for a 300% bonus, expecting a playthrough. It stated it was a 30X playthrough. I lost that $100. Did it again with the same promotion. Lost that. Then I deposited again with $250.00 using the same promotion. Lost that. No problem; right? You lose at casinos. Then I deposited $250 with NO PROMOTION. Won back all my money to a profit. Tried to withdraw it. The withdrawal was rejected. They said I had a $30,000 playthrough because I participated in the promotion. Here's the email. Mind you, I LOST EVERY DEPOSIT before the last $250. Banks won't cash the checks
I've been playing for several months the first time I finally was able to cash out and get a check my bank took it and went through. After the second win my bank said they were no longer accepting the checks saying That it was flagged. Like others, I saw hard rock amd went with it. I made a $500 deposit and got $2000 in credit. I played for a bit and ran it to $3000. I went to see how much more I needed to wager to complete the bonus. They stated I bet $805. Well, I played $150 per hand and had to play 30 hands or more. I text their customer service and nit only were they rude, they kept saying to read the rules. For each $10 wagered, they calculate it as$1.
