Very happy with everything: we love the tights (beautiful and good quality) and the seller has been very honest and kind (I paid the shipping costs without knowing that it was a local purchase and a couple of hours later I had the tights at home and a refund of shipping costs).

Was great originally ordered wrong size. New set came after an exchange but they came just at the right moment made lovely comfy hospital ward clothes nice and warm and nice and open for all the leads. Made it so easy and look super cute and fun! Even got some socks and a sticker after the exchange =] amazing service amazing quality clothes!

We love shopping with Slugs and snails, we’ve bought lots over the years but keep coming back for the waffle sets. They are the kids’ favourite pyjamas and so snuggly soft, and have the added bonus of being a handy base layer on the coldest of days. They wash amazingly well and are still vibrant and cosy after a year’s regular wear.

Great value, especially with free shipping to the UK, and always sent quickly and well packaged. We have had several conversations with customer service and they always answer queries super fast and go above and beyond to help resolve any query/issue.

Would definitely recommend, great all round!

New and interesting designs

My son absolutely adores your waffle pajamas. He was so excited to receive new pairs after outgrowing his old set (that received 2.5 years of live and affection and still look fabulous). He immediately ran them upstairs to his room and squirreled them away in his pajamas drawer, and pulled them out on our first cool fall night lol. Thank you for the super fast shipping!

First of all, the products are top-notch. The waffle sets are really high quality, can hold up to the constant wear & that my toddler and preschooler put them through, as well as frequent washing. Beautiful colors, soft fabric AND snaps on the neck! (My little ones HATE pulling tight neck holes over their heads - the snaps are amazing!) We truly love these waffle sets. However, the customer service seems rather disorganized. My second order was just "lost" while shipping, and it took a lot of work for me to get an explanation of what happened, I was refunded for the cost of the item but not the shipping cost. My third order was received quickly but I received the wrong order. When I asked for a correction, I was assured to get a replacement immediately. Then when I didn't hear anything for weeks, I wrote back and got a "sorry, it's now sold out." Mixed experience overall.

Lovely garments. But communication was really tricky, just didn’t hear back from emails when trying to exchange /return.

Ended up posting back when was in republic, with handwritten note re exchange if have size. But haven’t heard back since 29th July. Shame as would’ve been a new customer if better communication.

This is such a lovely wee business residing on the West Coast of Ireland. They design ethically made unisex kids (and adults)clothing:tights, socks, waffle cotton sets. Purchased their multipack of rainbow socks, some clothing "plasters" (aka patches to make mending worn/torn spots simpler and easier) and a waffle cotton set for my eldest. The items arrived promptly and were of beautiful quality. Got much more than I expected however, in that I was sent extra clothing plasters and the wrong colour of waffle set, but the owner apologised for the mix up, was happy to send me the correct colour and also a pair of their best selling socks free of charge by way of an apology. Totally unnecessary but ever so kind🥰. The clothes and socks are so comfy and bright! Highly reccomended.

They took too long posting the items, then when we try to return as it didn't fit they refused to accept it and it was returned to us due to a customs error although we had completed the correct form. On inspection of there customs form they are flouting the rules by listing as children's clothing rather than adults
Emails were sent days apart not minutes and as others have reported remained un answered. As for Facebook I had no contact with you as I don't use social media.
As for the custom declaration this was completed in the post office, attached to parcel and extra paid to cover it, the tracking of this parcel clearly states that you refused delivery and thus it was returned to us the only differencewas we marked it as adult clothes as that was whatit was and you listed it as childrens pyjamas on yours, which it wasnt.we have advised others not to use your company due to slowness and lack of support and have found other companies that are cheaper and more importantly more helpful

We ordered the retro multi colored shorts sets. I already had it in regular and my son has it also. We both love them. We have 7 pairs of these between me with 3 and 4 between the boys. These wash beautifully , soften as they go and are so vibrant. We are a neurodiverse house and the two boys love these pj's. I always recommend them for snug and comfortable sleeps. The shorts set are my fav so far.

Super quick delivery and excellent quality. My 8 year old specifically requested Slugs & Snails because he loves the texture and comfort of these.

Fans for life here. We love our new waffles sets. Bought the short sleeved neon & day glow ones. I found the sizing nice and generous. I love the contrast detail in the pockets and stitching. Buttons too. They wash great.
