Slugs and snails make the most amazing waffle pjs! Always excellent service!

Edit: Great product. Well made and very cute! Would have given 5 stars, but the communication from the company is really poor. It took a very long time to arrive and there are many better ways to communicate shipping information than a generic dropdown tab on their website. They could give an estimated shipping date of 6 weeks at checkout and could put shipping information in the purchase confirmation email about it taking 6 weeks. They could also create a stock email answer to people that email asking about the shipping, rather than not answering emails at all. All of these things could have been done in the time it took the owner to write a snarky response to my review on trustpilot. I never did get an email response from the company so I thought that it was maybe a scam, but the trust pilot review got answered within a work day.

Original review: It has been over a month and I have not received my order. There is no tracking information available from the link provided in the email. I have emailed twice for an update and have not received any response.

Excellent pyjamas, both adult and child sizes. Beautiful and high quality fabric and garments.

I still haven’t received this and keep getting emails to review. The tracking number doesn’t give me any information, since it was coming from another country and never updated with tracking for the US shipping service.

Love supporting this Irish company, love the quality, multiple colour options and sizes but ultimately the clothes are so comfortable and wash well. Happy customer for many years, cant recommend enough especially when its topped with a personal service if you have a query not a robotic assistant. Keep up the great work.

I love the fit and texture of the waffle set. It feels gorgeous to sleep in but also looks and feels great to lounge around the house!

Package arrived within a couple of days of ordering.
Material is very high quality and the colour is so vibrant.

Really lovely stuff. I ordered a size up as I don't like my clothes tight and that was perfect for me. They are very well made. If I had one criticism, it's the unnecessary washing instruction tags inside - which are quite hard to cut off completely

I really like your products, but the online store is not great. The product I received is not exactly like the one shown online. It's a new version with a slightly different pattern and a slightly different color. I could see the difference, as I already had the old model at home and wanted to order the same one in a larger size.

The pajamas are nice cotton and wash well. My son and I are matchy matchy, both very happy.

Easy to order, great prices, sizing is bang on. The only comment I would make is that the coral is more orange in person, I love it a bit less.

Quick delivery and fantastic quality. Always well worth ordering from here and kids love their clothes.
