Awesome products and customer service!
I already upgraded one of my fans to a smart fan and LOVE it. It’s great to be able to tell Alexa to turn the fan on the fan light on set speed etc. Plus the fan is very cool looking and the price is great! Got it on sale. I ordered another fan and it came from the manufacturer with a dent. No problem! They sent a replacement quickly. Love these guys and their customer service rocks!

Fantastic Customer Support and Return Process
Sophia and Hugo was very helpful. They both helped me with my return and refund process. They reply promptly and was very friendly. Although this purchase did not work out but because of their amazing customer support, I will def come back for future purchases.

Absolutely amazing!! I ordered a downrod and a wiring harness not knowing that the downrod already had the harness in it. Customer service contacted me via email and text message to let me know I had ordered something I did not need and then they, with my agreement, canceled the harness I did not need and promptly refunded me for the part I did not need!! Love the service

3rd SmaFan, first with light kit
This is my 3rd SmaFan so it's easy tell I have been having positive experiences with the company and their products. We now have 3 icebreaker models inside our house, but this is the first one with a light kit that I will hang. The other two I have in the house are just fans and lighting in room is recessed. All the fans run so quiet yet produce a ton of smooth air flow. Some of the modes like the natural breeze is great but it's kind of an unexpected gust that will take out your loose papers.

The product was delivered on time
The product was delivered on time. I liked the minimal packaging material. It was easy to install. I've installed it within my lanai. My last fan (not this product) got damaged by a storm. Just waiting to see how this product handles the gusty summer storms we get.
