Competitive prices, smooth experience
Smartbox offer a really convenient service, and are happy to talk you through anything on the phone. Aside from a slightly delayed drop off when the box was first delivered, everything else was really smooth. They have very competitive prices on storage that is larger than other companies. Would recommend!

The removalists were professional and…
The removalists were professional and efficient. They worked quickly and carefully and we had no breakages. I did underestimate how much furniture we had but that’s on me.
Would recommend.

I found the entire process a great experience. The staff were very professional, polite & a pleasure to deal with. I think the old storage for hire companies should be very worried about Smartbox. I would have no hesitation in recommending Smartbox should you require assistance in moving house & or obtaining storage.

Very pleasant experience with a complex move
Very pleasant experience with a difficult move. Nothing was too difficult in moving our entire house - including a home gym and playgound equipment. Everyone was very friendly and hard working. Reasonably priced and great value.

The move itself was efficient but it was a bit too pricey and the start and end times are a bit ambiguous. Charged for driving from the office to the job and then from the job to the next job?
The driver parked in a disabled zone on the drop off and got fined. There’s nothing in the agreement about the customer being responsible for where the movers choose to park or for any fines incurred.

Very efficient and reliable experience
From the time I called to enquire about the service to the time i got my smart box delivered, the service has been great. I found the process to be very easy, the delivery team kept me updated of the time they will be delivering and then when they will pick up the following day. The took the time show me how to unlock and lock the box once it has been filled. Appreciated them fitting me in at such short notice and now I have peace of mind that my belongings stored are safe and sound. Thanks
