The service was awesome, from staff at all levels.

Smart box service was very good. We changed our minds on when we needed to redeliver and they were very patient with me. They delivered at the time I needed it and all my stuff were in good condition. Would definitely recommend Smartbox.

Moving during hard lockdown and getting the storage box out in a deluge of rain is not ideal and not how I would have planned things but smart box was great, even getting out 20sqm storage box out to the country and unpacking it. Nothing broken and all done without a fuss.

This was an excellent service provided. The box arrived as scheduled and the driver was very considerate. We loaded up and the box has now gone to storage.

When I was planning an extended overseas trip, I needed to store a lot of my household stuff and I did a bunch of ‘research’ into options.
Smartbox were by far the most complete package - responsive, transparent with pricing, professional and great value.

The service was outstanding - nothing seemed like too much of a problem - from a last minute pick-up date change to sorting out pre-payment, and most importantly, when my trip became an unexpectedly permanent move, they could not have been more helpful working with me remotely to coordinate access and allow my international shippers to retrieve my items.

Special mention to George who has been my main contact and is a delight if a human being.

My experience with smart box was FANTASTIC. They assisted in what was a difficult time for myself and family and acted extremely quickly. All of the employees at smart box are amazing, those I dealt with in the office and the team who packed and delivered my items. The team who delivered and unloaded all my items were a joy to work with for the day, they went above and beyond for me and even entertained my toddler when they could. The ladies who packed the entire contents of my house did a great job, everything was so well labelled and packed. I am very impressed. I will forever be greatful for the team at smart box for the work they did for me. The quick turn around was not possible by other moving companies but Smart Box made it work and all before Christmas time. They saw my situation and really come through for me. Thank you so much Smart Box. 10/10 service!

Best customer service from any company Ive ever dealt with!!! Heres a couple of examples:
* Friendly person on the phone and to John who came to deliver the smartbox
* After initially taking the item to the warehouse I needed to access some items but due to covid it wasnt possible. They reduced to fee to come out and delivered the smartbox to my house again very quickly. They also tried to work on some other solutions to help me out but they went out of their way to help
* On delivering the smartbox to my new address I have a very steep driveway. John tried to get down but it ended up touching the bottom of it. Most people would have just said tough luck and park it on the street but John tried a few different things to help like putting timber under the wheels but unfortunately I didnt have any.
* They ended up parking outside the house but it was going to be difficult for me to offload the contents with the steep driveway so I asked if they had a trolley. They didnt have on them but John said he was going to another location nearby (it wasnt that close) so not that long after the same day they came by, out of their way, to drop it off.
* I then couldnt get the ramp out due to where it was parked and they came back after a minute of leaving to help me out.
* They didnt charge for the extra few days that I had the smartbox.
* Their warhouse has good access and it was easy to get my stuff out when I went there.

Honestly cant think of a better experience and would highly recommend them.

They have a box for any occasion

Smartbox is an ideal storage solution, the assisted pack option was ideal as I had a lot of furniture to pack and store. The movers were very careful with our possessions and very respectful of our space. The sales and logistics team were both very helpful in recommending the correct storage solution and and accommodating in making changes to my booking. Highly recommended.

What an amazing service they have. I under estimated my things to be loaded into their huge 20m square box, the guys who loaded it were just amazing. They made sure most of the items fit in it and loaded everything within 3 hours. Just for some context they loaded a 3 bedroom house full of furniture and appliances.

Their sales rep Richard and I forgot the names of movers they are absolute legends.

Quick and efficient process. The operations team were a pleasure to deal with. The guys that helped unload my items were professional and efficient. Would recommend.

They were great, I cannot complain. Tanya was extremely caring considering my issues with moving and helped everywhere she could. I would highly recommend them because they do look after their customers.

Very friendly and warm service by George and compassionate and understanding of my circumstances and situation it was a huge help and not add on to my financial stress but gave me more time to make a payment.
I would definitely rent a smartbox again in future if it was needed I love the convenience of having it delivered parked when you’re ready to off load or unload doing so at your own pace and time makes it so much easier and less traumatic
