Very good customer service
The customer service was extremely helpful. Always responded very fast to my emails and could always assist. Delivery was pretty fast (2 1/2 weeks), considering the glasses came from Hongkong. It would have however been nice, if this would have been stated on the website when placing the order. Info given there is standard shipping takes 4-7 working days, express shipping 2-4 working days.
I don't know if this applies to all products, but it did for my Ray Ban's.
Very nice is as well the camera tool to try the glasses online. That helped a lot making the decision.
