Warning - read before ordering
The delivery times advertised are way out, expect to wait weeks. The glasses were shipped from Hong Kong and not the UK as you would assume from their website. I paid for very thin lens but they gave me standard thickness and made the excuse that it was due to the frame i chose and my prescription which is -2.75 although the website states very thin lenses is good for up to -5.0. The frames were of low quality when received.
When queried you are responded to buy AI, no human interaction at all, you are stuck in a loop with AI that has an answer to everything except what you want, in my case a return for full refund after weeks. But as the second pair was not delivered yet, that became a challenge. Spent well over a £100 for rubbish

Been using SmartBuyGlasses for a good long time and I would definitely swear by them, recently I needed an eye test (specsavers) and got roped into buying two pairs of glasses for over €400, both are now broke and had to order two new pairs, decided to come back to SBG and got both pairs for €21, quality and delivery time was quicker and genuinely shocked by specsavers quality and time to make the lenses, will never change again thank you smartbuyglasses!!

Nonsense 24 Month Prescription Policy
Refused to complete my order as my prescription was 2 days over they're 24 month policy despite the fact I've gotten the same prescription for 10 years after every eye test. Had i ordered a week prior there would not have been an issue. Absolutely zero flexibility.
