Quite good and professionals. .

Happy with choosing Smarter Inventories. . Quite good, friendly and professionals. . Did a perfect job and were available in too short notice. . I would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Hard work

The system is time consuming and not easy to use to a novice like myself.

Simple things like selecting the property type seem difficult i.e. 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, instead you have to build it up room by room. Unfortunately I have only limited time to devote to this app / function and will not be using it again.

Writing to me when I started building an inventory and telling me it would automatically delete in 7 days unless I click something is not helpful and inspires no confidence for me to persevere with system.

Thank you for sharing your experience you had when building a report from scratch on our website. That procedure on website can, as you mentioned, take a lot of time and we would normally recommend using our mobile app for iPhone, iPad or Android devices instead which simplifies the process enormously.

The 7 days reminder is a feature which allows our clients to try our system at any time and means that we don't charge for accidentally uploaded or test reports. All that's needed is to press the button to indicate that you are working on the report and would like us to keep it. Also, this is not necessary for our monthly or yearly plan customers where reports are kept automatically.

Finally, if you would like any help, our customer support is available to everyone at no extra cost and only a phone call away on 02031376797 - we would be happy to guide you through any issues you might experience.
