Ordered a phone on a Saturday, as it was in stock I was expecting it to be sent on the following Monday and arrive the following day.

Didn't hear anything until Thursday when I got a Royal Mail email about delivering my phone - never got a shipping confirmation from SmartFoneStore.

Otherwise everything was good, phone arrived well packaged and as described.

Bought an apple earphone and it came with no box or proper packaging. No brand packaging. Very disappointed as it was a gift for a friend and had been waiting for it. Just ended up going to a local retailer and getting one. For all I knew it could have been a fake Chinese copy. They quickly accepted to refund me but what about the wasted time? The state this earphone came in was really shocking to me especially as it was advertised to be an apple product.

Xiaomi Poco X3 NFT. I ordered then got an email to say they did not have the blue 64g internal memory but they could supply grey 128g version, so an upgrade for same price. Bit of bloatware 20g'ish already taken Inc all apps etc on this phone so that extra memory was necessary so worked out for the best. Even with the stock issue it was all sorted quickly. I also phoned for some info and got quick and helpful answer. The phone looks immaculate. I selected good option for condition and got better than I expected. All in all I am really happy. £129 and I have a great phone for the money. I will be replacing my husband's phone soon and this will be my first port of call.

Prompt communication when contacted. Sadly no next day delivery but it was Royal Mail’s fault. Bought a new phone so can’t comment on refurbished ones.
