I've used SmartFoneStore for years, and have always been very happy with them. My most recent purchase has confirmed my confidence with them even more, with a better than expected product, at a keen price, along with quick delivery.

There’s no mouse in keyboard
Timely delivery but they sent the wrong item. I ordered an apple mouse and they sent a keyboard. Pretty hard to confuse the two. Particularly when the paper invoice, included in the packaging, clearly specifies ‘mouse’.
As yet, no response from them.

Failure to Unlock Google Account
Received all 5 devices ordered, 4 out of the 5 were as described, no issues. 1 was faulty with google account lock and when asked to return the device for repair i was told there was no record of the 5th device.
Not good customer service considering this 1 device being unlocked to allow configuration not being done has cost them a sale of 15 more.

Terribly sorry to hear about this unusual issue. We're always more than happy to resolve issues and really don't like the idea of dissatisfied customers.
Looking further into your order we can see that there is an email chain in relation to this issue and that we have requested some further information which we have yet to receive. Further to this we can see that there is some confusion in relation to the amount of devices you have purchased. According to our records you purchased 4 devices from us as opposed to 5. Please can you contact with the IMEI numbers of the devices so that we can clarify this?
We've emailed you with some instructions regarding getting this resolved for you.

Certified refurbished? Rubbish
Bought an iPad Mini 4 for my daughter's birthday. When I received it the device reported to charge to 29% then immediately died when removed from power.
Even when on charge I cannot even complete the setup before the devices dies.
If this is "certified refurbished" I'd hate to see uncertified.
