Sent me an email telling me the item…
Sent me an email telling me the item was back in stock, so I ordered it. Couple of days later order cancelled because no stock. Got refunded, but why send an email if you cannot fulfill the order.

Our products tend to sell quickly from when we send out back in stock notification, so unfortunately if not quick enough they may be gone even before you see the email.

I paid for something that did not work.
I was supplied with an item that did not work. It was returned to Smartfone store but was not delivered. It got lost in the process. Nobody was to blame but customer service didn’t want to know. They weren’t able to give a straight answer to my messages just fobbed me off over and over.
I certainly won’t risk using this business again.
