The product we bought from here has been a godsend (app synced cat flap).. the cat was waking us up every morning at 5.30am. Now we’ve set the cat flap to automatically open in the morning we are finally getting a good nights sleep again. Great peace of mind when we’re away from the home and good insights too. Worth every penny. Delivery and customer service really good too.

An excellent company that I’m delighted to have found. I was looking for a dog feeder as my waggy canine vomits bile if not fed a pre breakfast snack very early in the morning, at a time I need to still be asleep.
I looked everywhere & they are expensive, especially when one can’t be sure if the woofer will take to it, ever. Then I found this site & a similar dog feeder for £16. I had already read elsewhere that the brand of dog feeder was good & from the USA but usually retailed at anything up to £60. Service from the company was excellent & once filled with plain homemade popcorn, the device became deeply adored by woof face & allowed me to finish a nights sleep - the machine works like a dream. Altogether I am so happy to have found smart pet devices, no longer waking to vomiting dog, puddles of bile & a bed growing cold when I’m still tired. Prices, service & the range of goods from this site are excellent, I’ll certainly shop there again. It’s also good to buy from a family firm. Thank you to this family for providing me with hours of sleep & my dog has a new addition to her list of things & people to whom she’s devoted.

From the moment I had first contact with Smart Pet Devices I was impressed. They answered my queries quickly and the delivery and installation were excellent too. The cat door is great. It’s given freedom to my cats to come and go as they please but it’s also given me the reassurance of knowing when they’re home and the door can be locked at a preset time so they’re safely inside overnight

We had already bought this cat flat several years ago but we’re not changing the external doors of the house to be glass so have repurchased the cat flap and glass door add on. Such a good quality item. We’d never buy anywhere else.

Received our Cat Flap in double quick time and persuaded the cat to walk through it (with difficulty) but I was not convinced we had done it correctly . I rang the supplier who was extremely friendly and helpful. I was sent instructions to press button for a required length of time to make the unit more sensative. Got the cat on our bed and persuaded her it WAS a good idea to walk through the opening and hey presto clicking from the release mechanism. Installed the flap in the door. She loves it and has started flying through it a break neck speed.

The smart cat flap is a great device. Fitted to a metal door with the adaptor advised and works great. Only problem is with the software as sometimes our second cat doesn't register going out or coming in and when we are away for the day this can be a worry. Not sure if it's due to our cat being a pocket rocket and using the flap at high speed! He is still allowed in and out but it doesn't push a notification to my phone.
