Purchased from Smart Pet Devices as they had the best price for the SureFeed microchip feeder. I was hoping to get it quickly as I have a greedy cat who eats the other's food and they did not disappoint. It was dispatched speedily and arrived well packaged. They stock some great products and I'm sure I'll be back for more.

Pleased with product. Easy to follow set-up instructions. My cat is happily using the cat mate. I deliberately avoided the feeders that have flip up lids, incase she was startled and put off by that mechanism, she isn't worried by the gentle whirring sound of the mechanism in this product. The only slight drawback is the depth of the bowls, given the diameter, but this hasn't put her off feeding from them.

Fab service really speedy from order to delivery

I recently bought a clear catflap from these guys. Unfortunately, I wasn't home, so I missed the delivery but Sarah was quick to respond and we arranged a re-delivery.

Sadly, the product wasn't what I had had in mind & I had to send it back. Again, Sarah emailed me quickly with instructions on how to return the item and I have been refunded promptly. I can only recommend Smart Pet Devices for their customer service and communication. A shame that the product wasn't for me but that is utterly my fault for not researching the item enough.

I ordered the beautiful round glass cat flap to go in my bifold doors.The order came very swiftly and all in tact. I did however return the product which was also very simple to do because I wanted to microchip my kittens instead which felt safer.But I would recommend this cat flap purely for value for money and appearance.
