Very pleased work carried out well car looks great highly recommend

Booked repair far in advance, no one shows up on the day. Book a second visit and they don’t turn up the time originally stated.

Finally turn up (I’ve been cool, calm and accepting all the way)

The repair was of the far right hand corner of rear bumper. I come out when job is finished looks ok not what I was expecting but decide to sign it off.

Fast forward a day or 2 and notice black marks on the bumper away from the area they worked on (central) try to see if it runs off and paint feels like sandpaper all over the centre of my rear bumper (not where they worked)

Basically caused more damage to my bumper than it had to begin with and if only I knew I would have kept the original damage over what it is like now. I wish I could post photos of it!!!

Yes it is that bad absolute joke!!

I file a report stating I do not want the same person to come out and fix what they destroyed, guess what they do…. They did exactly just that. Are they serious? Why would I want someone that caused all this and with the potential of causing even further damage to my car.

I am out of pocket - my car is in worse a condition as it was before and now I’m looking at a full bumper respray on top to fix all this.

“Smart Repair” turned into a “Nightmare Repair”

Absolutely amazing service ! I’m extremely happy with the work done on my car. The two gentlemen who carried out the work were both very professional, polite and helpful from start to finish. They did a fantastic job fixing my car, and the quality of the work is excellent. You can really see the care and attention to detail that went into the repair.

My car looks looks great, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing an excellent service.

Arrived on time the guy was very polite and professional the repair took around three hours and when finished the repair was perfect you couldn’t tell it had ever been damaged

Very efficient service

Complete waste of time, I sent multiple pictures of a small dent with multiple angles but they kept asking for more and more photo photos which I couldn't provide as I was on holiday but I kept getting the same automated response.

I have had multiple quotes from other companies with the photos I had sent.

I’m really pleased with the dent repair and bumper scuff repair. The work was carried out to a very high standard, and the finish looks excellent — you can hardly tell there was ever any damage.

The service was professional, efficient and friendly from start to finish. He took care to make sure everything was done properly, and the car was returned looking great.

We can only describe Michael the engineer who carried out our wing mirror housing scuff repair as an absolute magician.
I was so enthralled that I sat on a stool and watched the whole procedure- fascinating!
Michael is also a really nice guy and nothing was too much trouble - his attention to detail was second to none.
The finished job is as if my car had just come out of the showroom.
This was really important to me as the car is brand new and we have only owned a few weeks.
If you are following our lead and need some remedial work doing to the paintwork (scuffs,chips, small dents etc)in and around Shropshire don’t hesitate to contact the Smart people and specify Michael.
