Really nice people gave me the car. The car was really nice and made my vacation complete. There was a little miscommunication with the return but it was fixed really nicely!

We were early but the car was brought there fast. Check in was very smooth and the car was in good shape and fuel efficient. I wish I could remember the name of the person that checked us in. Very helpful and courteous.

Just like promised, they came to bring the car. A came te get it sometime later. Bud called first that the ware a little late. So no problem!

Just upfront the reservation, payment and insurance and on the day the ship is in port, getting the car under 5 minutes. Very friendly staff en excellent (modern) cars. Would certainly rent again.

The office at the cruise port was ideal. We did not have a reservation, but the team was able to get us a vehicle on the spot. They were all very friendly, and helpful with local knowledge and directions. The cars are all new and very clean. The entire process was super easy, even on Christmas day. Many thanks to the team that gave up their time to make our Curacao visit more memorable.

The car rental station was located directly on the cruise terminal grounds and easy to find. After an initial wait due to a long line in front of the office, the car handover was quick and easy. Returning the car was also hassle-free at the rental station. There was also a mailbox for returning the keys after opening hours. The contract and confirmation of the return were sent by email. The car was almost new, clean, and in excellent condition. I was very satisfied.

Smooth as could be, got off ship, car rental is there as soon as you get off the boat. Had all my info in the system, handed me the keys and we were on our way. It was a totally seamless transaction from pick-up to drop off. Highly recommend this company!

I have never ever had such a quick and easy pick up and drop off of a rental car. Vehicle was perfect for our needs. We saw several tourist spots and then spent the afternoon at a beach. There were 3 off us so renting from Smart wheels was much cheaper than any excursion by far and allowed us to do what we wanted. Highly recommend Smart Wheels.
