It doesn’t work. It only makes your teeth more sensitive! I would like to have my money back.

The product did not work and customer service did not help. I got full refund after complaining to ECC. For reclamation I needed the receipt and a screenshot of full money back guarantee advertisement.

If you want brighter teeth and save time and money, invest in a whitening done by professionals and do not trust false advertisements.

Don't buy any product from them, they use your information without asking you explicit consent to send you with deals through your mail and phone. Their helpdesk/support is non existent, it is very difficult to reach them through anything.

This is a scam through and through. Do NOT buy products from this "company". Customer service is non-existant, prices change almost daily and the product itself can even be harmful. You've been warned.

SCAM!!!! No support, shipping time over 10 days, and money back guarantee? No way haha they will ignore you even if they do read your emails. Phone number is not in use.
AND it contains dangerous levels of hydrogen peroxide, according to lab tests, lying about it on the website.
Also they ar reporting bad reviews to mek it look like they only hae happy customers.

I would not recommend this. First it says 24h delivery but it took two weeks to arrive. Second my teeth are just as yellow as they were when I started the process based on the color shade guide. I’ve used it for almost two weeks and the only thing that happened was it gave my teeth white spots, which looks very weird and its very noticable when i smile/laugh etc.

They did send me an wrong delivery, never replied on any email to solve it or the send the right items

BE CAREFUL! This product is proven to contain PEROXIDES in independent lab analysis. Peroxides works as a bleaching agent and will penetrate your teeth and over time destroy them.

The company misdeclares the content in the product, claiming no peroxides, but much less harmful products.

I really really didnt believe in this product. I'm a coffee drinker. So i have little bit yellow teeth. You can most definitely see the results from the first use. Works for me anyways..

Ordered over a week ago. Chatted online with customer service. They said they’d send it out next day with extra gels. Still haven’t received anything and they removed the online chat. I sent an email and have heard nothing. Will be contacting my bank for fraudulent charges.

They asked me to gave them a great review so i get 3 free new gels. But i haven't recieved any gels, even after i send them 3 emails with the question if something went wrong. So i think it's a scam..

Not working at all.I have got smile bright kit used for two weeks and no results at all,mi teeth colour is the same, won't recommend to waist money.

My order is never arrived. I have also sent 5 emails and two messages on instagram. Which no response given. Its a very bad company and certainly not recommended.

Not happy at all. Have tried 7 days and can see no change. Im sorry to say but this doesnt work, and all other reviews are probably Fake.
