Scam. Don't waste your time or money

This company scammed me and will not give back money they stole from me. In Sweden we have 2 weeks right to return for refound. I returned my unused, unopened items and got no money back.

There was a deal to get a kit which contained the device and 3 sets of teeth gel. It was £10.00. I ordered it and waited for my order which took more than 24hours. When it came the device did not work. I continuously had to go back and forth emailing the company and they said they’ll send me a new one which was good enough. The new one hasn’t come ! To make matters even worse the company has charged me £34.00 for something I did not even order. Firstly, the reason I ordered the £10 box anyway was to test the product out and see if i liked it. But no, I was charged for something I did not pay for. When asked I was told that it was part of the subscription that was “clearly“ stated. I emailed back proof that it was not clearly stated and I did not agree to spend that much money on something and nor do I have an account with them or any membership or subscription. I am not happy. I now have to wait until the product comes and the PAY to send it back when they’ve already taken money off me. They best not take anymore money off me. They are fake and liars. Please don’t get scammed and lied to

All lies! When wanting to use their refund policy - because the product damages the teeth - they don't reply.

Worked super well, so easy to use and doesent hurt my gums at all!

Smile bright is all about refound if your product dont work. And i wanted that. They have told me to hang on 5 times. I have waited for more then a month And all i Get in awnser is «we had a problem, fixing now»

The order should have been on 10 euro, but the order got to 60 euro suddenly, contacting the firm is also very difficult. The phone number don't work and talking thru email is very complicated with the service give. And suddenly I get another kit a month later, even when I asked them to stop last month. Now I don't get a response. Really regret buying from them. "Smilebright"

Just a scam firm, hope this gets fixed since I'm a student with not much money.

Fake. Frauds. They offer the teeth kit for €10 and then without consent they Withdraw money from your bankaccount Every Month. Had to blockbuster the incasso from my bank. They are decieving people. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

Impossible to stop subscription. Had to cancel my Credit card instead.

It said I had to wait 1-2 days but I got it 3/4 days later, I’m cool with it thats not the real deal, but im not happy with the product. I didn’t see any results after using the product

I wanted return the set but that was impossible because i had no a return note. I tried several time to call and mail but i got never a answer.

I ordered last December and haven't received my order yet. I have sought contact with smilebright in various ways. But I haven’t got a answer to this day.

I received a damaged package and my order wasn’t complete. I’ve been trying to reach the CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE 2019 till today 25th of February 2020. NOTHING. Never going to ORDER AGAIN AND SO DISSATISFIED. I THOUGHT THIS IS THE THING BUT NO!!

I have ordered the pen, but I have received the gel instead. Apparently the pen was sold out. I have no use for the gel without the mouthpiece. Please resolve this!

I have been trying to get in touch with your support for months now and am not getting any answers.
I am a really unhappy customer that Has been waiting and still is waiting For a delivery I made in December 2019.
