At first everything things was good, actually not everything the doctor was unprofessional, but honestly I was satisfied with the communication they were answering me very well at the beginning. But when I finished, I wasn’t satisfied with the results so I told my doctor and she says that we can get another treatment plan but I have to pay for the 3d scan and I did, this was 10 of November until today I have not received any plan or even someone to tell me what happened they kept telling me to wait and I was so patient, it almost 6 months now and I’m done waiting.

Very bad experience, teeth still not aligned unprofessional approach and case management. My treatment was extended many times they even sent me 8 extra aligners different brand 🤣guys go to normal and traditional way and don’t waste your money and time.

It was very good experience with Smileneo , right from step 1 of getting the aligners, receiving feedback on changeover of aligner till receiving of retainers. Team was really amazing and very good in responding to the message on whatsapp, calls etc. I got the desired result as promised. Aligners are very good , easy to wear, very transparent that nobody notices it, comfortable. Thank you Smileneo team for this seamless journey !!

I was very disappointed by the experience.
First of all the communication with Smileneo it’s slow and difficult. I was asking for assistance in their WhatsApp chat but it took them days or a week to get back to me. This made me waist a lot of time to the point that my teeth moved back to a wrong position because I wore the same aligner too many days waiting for smileneo’s answer to my question.
Then at the very beginning when I was told the price of the treatment nobody told me that the price of the retainers was not included, so I needed to pay 500 aed more once the treatment was completed.
But the worst thing was that before starting the treatment I was sent a 3D presentation of how my teeth would move until reaching the final result where they were supposed to be perfectly straight and aligned, well this didn’t happened because only at the end of the treatment when I made them notice that my teeth were not perfectly straight yet the specialist from smileneo said that some of my teeth were leaning on a side because their roots were not straight and this is something they could not fix. Of course it was visible since the beginning but they didn’t tell me, instead they promised me a perfect result.
So from my experience smileneo was very unprofessional.
It was a waist of time, money and trust.
Not recommend at all!

My whole experience with SmileNeo has been very simple and easy! I’m so happy with my new smile in just over 3 months! The app is great to track your progress and whenever I needed assistance or had a question the messenger feature was so convenient. The quality of the aligners is also very high and I like the fact that the aligner is shaped around your teeth so it is very discreet. I’ve seen other brands where they are straight across at the top so they are more noticeable. I would say the only thing that needs to be improved is the photo section when you update your progress on the app. There were glitches when it came to uploading 4 photos. It often duplicated the 3rd photo for some reason. Other than that, I am extremely happy and I definitely recommend SmileNeo!

Smileneo has absolutely delivered to expectation and more! Getting the perfect smile is much simpler than I thought!

It was very good experience, I had some difficulties at the beginning from the customer service side and making the aligner took longer than expected, but later on everything went smooth.
Doctor Alajlan explained the process in an easy way, and in every appointment he was helpful.
