Impressed so far. Mike is very easy to communicate with and replies quickly. It took a while (2 weeks) between posting and getting the 3D images but as Mike was so good at responding and explaining the process I wasn’t concerned. Can’t wait to see what the results will be. I will update after my treatment.

A Great Experience
When I received my aliners I didn't know what to expect. I had to get used to a little slurred speech but I got used to them eventually. I like that the process didn't feel rushed. After completing all of my sets I was completely satisfied with the results. When I emailed customer service about getting more retainers I was surprised of the quick response time. It was within the hour.
They gave me the information that I asked for and was very helpful to give me payment options. I will definitely recommend Smile Perfect to anyone who wants to correct there smile.

I’m updating my review again to reflect where things stand now.
Original issues: On April 27, 2026 I was told my aligners would ship “by next week.” On May 12, 2026 I was told “shipped within this week for sure.” Both deadlines passed. It took weeks past those promises before I saw any product, and I still have not received my treatment plan.
Current status: They finally delivered my 13 aligners and I’ve started the process. So far the aligners themselves are okay and I’m continuing with treatment. However, they have not sent my retainers yet, and no one has checked my progress since I started wearing them.
Bottom line: I was patient through major shipping delays and broken timeline promises, but I’ve paid in full for Order #4228 and still don’t have all items or follow-up care. If they send the retainers and check progress as promised, I’ll update again. As of today, I can’t fully recommend due to the communication + fulfillment issues.

According to our records, your treatment has already started, and each aligner is designed to be worn for **14 days** before progressing to the next stage. Throughout your treatment, we have responded to your emails, provided you with access to your treatment portal, and given you all the guidance and support required.
There has been **no lack of communication or service from our side**. In fact, we have fulfilled all of our responsibilities and have been available to assist you whenever needed.
The only outstanding requirement is for you to upload your progress photos so our clinical team can monitor your treatment and provide further guidance. This is a standard part of the treatment process and is the patient's responsibility. Without receiving these photos, we cannot clinically assess your progress.
For this reason, it is unfair to suggest that the issue is due to poor service or lack of support from Smile Perfect. The review does not reflect the actual timeline or the assistance we have provided and is therefore misleading.

Instant replies and helped through out the whole journey so far. Waiting to receive my retainers now and Im already so excited!

I sent my impressions in, and then it was RADIO SILENCE. The only response I could get via email was WE WILL HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT YOU…..AND THEIR PHONE VM IS FULL! I don’t know WHERE THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE COMING FROM! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! My credit card company refunded me & went after them thank god (thank you CAPITAL ONE!)

I rated them one star because that's as low as goes. My aligners never fit right and the one tooth that needed the most work never was corrected. They wanted another $300 to correct it. It took way to long to here back from someone. Horrible customer service. 🫣

You were provided with multiple refinement stages completely free of charge in order to help achieve the result you requested. Throughout your treatment, our team continued supporting you with additional aligners and reviews well beyond the original treatment scope.
The tooth movement achieved aligned with the treatment records and progress reviews completed by our clinical team. However, after several complimentary refinements had already been provided, you were informed that any further treatment would require an additional fee.
Following this, a 1-star review was posted claiming the treatment “never fit right,” despite the extensive free support and additional refinement stages already given. Our records clearly show the level of assistance and accommodations provided throughout your treatment.
We also have emails from you stating that if additional free treatment was not provided, you would leave negative reviews against the company. For this reason, we do not believe this review fairly represents the full facts or genuine outcome of the case.
