I came across Smiths Financials on a Facebook group who came highly recommended. We had said we were going to move after the next financial year but came across a property that we liked before this but were unsure if it were at all possible. We got in touch for some guidance and Luke worked his magic for us to be able to get a mortgage! Thanks Luke for being so supportive of us! Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

What an amazing service me and my partner have been provided ! We started last year speaking to brokers and we got told it wasn’t possible for us to get a mortgage as they said no one would lend to us we almost gave up until we spoke to Richard honestly Richard is so friendly , professional and really knows what he is doing he got us a mortgage offer so fast and then the house was taking longer than expected and Richard had a new offer come through and what was better and he yet again did it for us !! It’s mine and my partners first time buying and he really took his time to explain everything to us and whenever we had a question he was at the end of the phone ! He was absolutely amazing and we can’t fault him one bit he goes above and beyond for his clients and really is the best in the game !! I would 1000% recommend !! Rich was so knowledgable and brilliant in helping us get our 1st mortgage. We had a bit of a hiccup with our first high street lender and past issues, but Rich was super calm and quick in finding another lender to try.
