I had a really positive experience working with Smiths Financial Solutions while arranging my mortgage. Richard was very responsive throughout the process and always quick to come back to any questions I had. As a first-time buyer there was a lot to navigate, but he took the time to understand my situation properly and explained the options available to me clearly.

I felt well supported from start to finish. Richard kept things moving, provided plenty of useful information, and made sure I understood each step of the process. Communication was excellent and it was reassuring to know I could ask questions whenever needed.

What an amazing service me and my partner have been provided ! We started last year speaking to brokers and we got told it wasn’t possible for us to get a mortgage as they said no one would lend to us we almost gave up until we spoke to Richard honestly Richard is so friendly , professional and really knows what he is doing he got us a mortgage offer so fast and then the house was taking longer than expected and Richard had a new offer come through and what was better and he yet again did it for us !! It’s mine and my partners first time buying and he really took his time to explain everything to us and whenever we had a question he was at the end of the phone ! After speaking with several mortgage advisers, we felt overwhelmed and discouraged. Rich was so knowledgable and brilliant in helping us get our 1st mortgage. We had a bit of a hiccup with our first high street lender and past issues, but Rich was super calm and quick in finding another lender to try. He kept us informed along the way, and advised us throughout the process. The new lenders were able to review all the information Rich provided and we had our new mortgage accepted in just 8 days!
