SMS-iT is the best SaaS software I have purchased so far. It's the perfect solution for my business, from finding prospects and converting them into clients to retaining existing clients by keeping them engaged and updated with my business. What amazes me most is the rockstar community that is very involved in supporting each other and providing great feedback and suggestions to improve the product further. The weekly webinars are insightful and focus on helping businesses grow using the product. The price? You won't believe it is so inexpensive, given the value you can get from the product. If there's one marketing tool you need to have, it should definitely be SMS-iT!

I started out using the Decentralized version but have finally begun to get into the Cloud version. My biggest pro for the Cloud version is that it is less hassle to use since you're using SMS-iT's resources as opposed to those of a third party like Twilio. I also like the user interface, but having seen a preview, I am eagerly waiting for version 2.0, which looks even better!

Customer support is pretty friendly and prompt. I have only had 1 instance where I felt like we were going round in circles. Also, they are quick to let you know when they have to forward your issue to the tech department.

Henry, the owner and genius programmer behind the scenes (remember the wizard behind the curtain in the Wizard of Oz) still manages to be *very* present for customer questions and issues. He's so brilliant, sometimes his answers go whizzing over my head! Then again, I also know that Henry brings you back down to earth when you try to overcomplicate something that has a simple solution.

If you have, or want to have, the younger generations as customers/clients, sms marketing via SMS-iT is seriously something you should consider and then act on! Be proactive rather than reactive! After all, the times, they are a-changin' - don't get left behind. SMS-iT represents the future of omni-channel marketing, allowing you to be everywhere your customers are.

SMS-iT is a machine. It's incredible how fast it improves and I'm constantly amazed at the new features, training, and resources provided as a customer. It can get a little overwhelming if I don't pause and reach out for help - but the support is excellent and responsive so I never get lost for long. Plus the leadership is very hands-on, and there's a strong community of users to look to for ideas and help.

SMS-iT is a great tool for 2-way text (SMS and MMS) messaging with your audience. But, what really makes it GREAT is the customer support. We switched to SMS-iT from PB for better user experience. I've used the native chat feature several times with questions and problems and they have been simply awesome! I highly recommend it.

There's a Cloud version and Decentralized version. The Cloud version provides EVERYTHING you'll need to get started. We are using SMS Decentralized. With this you'll need your own mobile phone number (this is just the way we chose to do it). There are many options for connecting a number, including using SMPP gateway on a server, or your existing cell phone number (I recommend using a different one) or getting a new one and they guide you through the set up. We actually got a new number and installed it on an old cell phone that we don't use for anything else. It was very easy.

SMS-iT Team is wonderful. You feel personal touch. This guys have souls, not only business aspirations!

And the service?... You can't imagine better than that. It is omnipotent platform that will meet all your needs! Do not believe me - try them.

In Bulgaria for example using Twilio you can't get Bulgarian number and to send with them is 2 cents for 1 message. (Very expensive!)

With SMS-iT I can send unlimited messages from my Bulgarian SIM-card and I pay only my SIM-cards carrier.

Try them and feel the difference in your business!

I bought the lifetime decentralized version. It's very important to distinguish it from the "cloud" deal because the decentralized version is sort of like a VPN on a Hosting account. You have to know what the heck you're doing in order to save money, otherwise, just buy the "cloud" Aka managed plan. Side note: I don't know what the heck, however, I'm learning and shelving this one until the agency plan is out. I wish to be a reseller.

And I agree that it has massive potential. Henry and the moderators are sharp and helpful on FB and through private, 1 on 1 zoom calls.

They finally listened and added onboarding videos to Facebook.

Edit: the agency plan is, in fact, live. Time to boot this up and create some use cases.

There are four ways I can send unlimited SMS via the decentralized version:

1) SMS-iT FREE Public US Number.

2) I can use my Simcard, i.e a Simcard Gateway is available, for unlimited messaging.

3) SMPP Gateway: I can set up a free SMPP Server on my desktop/server, for free unlimited messaging, by using my mobile network connection.

4) In-built Twilio Gateway

The Founder and the support team are incredibly supportive. They are always ready to jump on a Zoom call to help set things up. I have 100% faith that this company is going places, and I plan to enjoy the ride :)

CONS
Version 2/0 promises to fix the issues below:

- The UI needs modernising and simplification
- The onboarding process has a few bugs

Don't be deterred by Version 1.0. Version 2.0 due in around 4 months, will be a massive improvement.

Overall, the potential for this tool is massive. Yes, SMS is quite a technical topic, but don't let that put you off. And considering a study reported that SMS has eight times the response rate of email, I'm looking forward to engaging with my audience using the SMS-iT Decentralised plan with unlimited SMS sending.

If communications options are the measure SMS-iT is the "GOAT"! From SMS to IC, to Fax to MMS to Blockchain, these folks have all and I mean all the bases covered.
Better still, all you need is an Android phone and unlimited text account.
The rest is easy-pease, so don't wait...
