From picking up everything ran smoothly excellent car no issues would highly recommend

We have hired from snap akl airport a few times now and every single time we have always had great service, cars have been great condition and nice, we had a incident when someone broke into our car and they were amazing to deal with we had no issues at all with that either , we always know to book with snap to make our holiday a lot less stressful !

Pick up from Akld Domestic was a little slow however the driver was super friendly and called our phone to confirm his arrival. Car pick up fast and easy. Car suited our needs perfectly, noting it’s overdue a service! Drop off easy but again, waited 25 mins for the shuttle back to the airport. All in all a great experience and value for money. Thanks

Easy to find and return and shuttle service worked well

Was a very smooth experience for collection, drop off was a bit challenging, we arranged for an early drop off and was unfortunately given an old address by the call center and after driving around and calling aeroports got to the current location. This confusion however delayed our arrival to the airport and we missed the checkin to our flight.

I will never use this company again as they charged me $50 for a pick up after hours fee, but they never came to pick me up. I then had to find my way to my accommodation and then another ride to pick up my car the next day. I then got told the $50 fee was for the car overnight charge which was bullshit. BTW I tried several times ringing their after hrs number with no answer.

The office isn't at the airport, and we had to wait more than 30 minutes outside in the cold and rain for our pickup. The car they gave us was dirty and quite old. The staff was very friendly.

Pick up and drop off to the air port was great. Just a suggestion if u could look into the following, (It would be great to put a star kind of sign in the airport map and inform the clients in ur web or by email where the pick up area at the airport is).

It was easy to rend a car, and the staff treated us kindly and explained the insurance to us, which we appreciated.

The USB ports are not chargeable at all, none of those worked. Other than that, everything else is perfect.

I rented the Mitsubishi Outlander and could honestly say it was top of the range. We received it nice and clean.

I highly recommend Snap for all your car rental needs. The booking process and pick up was very easy and straightforward. The online check in system was easy to navigate through. Fast, efficient and no fuss service. Exactly what you need when you are time bound.

Took them 1hr to pick us up. We were not informed that a translation of driving license was necessary.
