All three shoes i ordered had noticeable defects
Got my package later than expected time given.One of the shoes ordered had different lace lengths (one was too short to even lace the whole shoe). Another shoe i ordered had a stain on the laces. The holes to put the laces through were messed up as well..Was hoping for a good experience with this company. Unfortunately did not meet my expectations.

Poor quality product, disappointing responses.
I’ve ordered a few pairs and to date the quality has been excellent. The most recent purchase however, arrived with a stain on the shoe from the red leather rubbing on the white material. After emailing a photo immediately, I was told that a stain couldn’t be seen but it’s very clearly there.
The stains got worse over the coming week as the leather hasn’t been sealed properly. Emailed for assistance, refund refused, replacement pair refused.
Yes these are unauthorised authentics, however consumers still pay a reasonable price for them so there shouldn’t be quality issues like this.
Really disappointed in the response, lack of quality and customer service.

As clearly stated in our terms and conditions some pair may have some minor defects. Every pair with major defects will be exchange within 7 days.
After verification of your order, the stain was not present at the time of the delivery, it appears many weeks after. We cannot refund or exchange any pairs that has been used for week.
Furthermore, our customer service representative Carla offered you a sweet 40% discount to compensate which I don't remember you accepting this.
We do our best to accomodate our customers in situation like this. Maybe UAs sneakers are not suited for you afterall.
90% of our customers are happy with the products but we understand that some people like you might have more expectation but it's okay.
Also, our customer service is top notch, we always answered your question before and after the sale. Please contact us again if you have any other concerns

On weekends, we have staff comes in at 12 till 5. You have discussed with me at 1:09 PM. As I scroll back to all the conversations you had with Carla, she was very responsive every time you messaged us.
So my guess is that you were expecting an answer even while you're asleep. Well, I am sorry that we're not that responsive.
Also, you've told us that you wanted to keep the wrong shoes anyway and wanted to order a new pair at a discounted price. We tried to make it up to you by offering you a sweet 30% off plus a free pair of socks and you refused the discount. From our point of view, we did everything in our power to satisfy you. If you are not happy with it, we are sorry to hear that. We sincerly hope you find a store that will meet your standards.

Decent replicas, but not even close to UA. The price you are selling it at is unbelievable. How can you justify it when they are not real. You are falsely stating that they are UA (cmon now). The whole concept of UA is that a factory would produce a few thousand pairs of shoe and the factory is in charge of the entire process. For example if Nike were to place an order of 10,000 pairs, majority of the time the factory would overproduce and come out with something like 15,000 pairs. Once Nike has inspected them and approved 10,000 pairs, the factories are then required to burn the rest. Of course, this doesn’t happen lol so the factory would sell it to company like us so you guys can benefit from the low price as well 🤫🤫 That’s why its called ‘’unauthorized’’ authentic.
