Fantastic customer service , kept me up dated on my order

Everything is great, however there could be a better communication with a customer. Sometimes it takes days to get a reply.

I was looking for dunks, came across multiple shoe sites but Sneaker Velocity had by far the best pricing & variety of shoes out there, not only that my shoes arrived the very next day and their customer service was 10/10. The shoes themselves were perfect condition, the box was also in perfect condition, I cannot fault these guys at all! I will definitely be purchasing from them and highly recommend these guys over other companies out there.

I bought two times from them and I will never order again! The product was out of stock and nobody let me know and Im still waiting for the refund! I will never recommend to anyone!

Where is my order?

I've placed an order on 3rd March 2022 and since then haven't heard from Sneakervelocity at all.

It states I will get an email once item it has bee shipped or dispatched but until today's date nothingelse been said or happened!!

I've filled the "contact us form" with my query and again, no one has acknowledge.

No updates at all, just wondering if it's genuine and trustworthy as I'am a new customer to this website!!??

I received a pair of Nike Dunks for Christmas from my partner. I wore them once and the loop located on the tongue of the right shoe under the laces came away from the shoe. I contacted the company via email to which I was asked to send the info via WhatsApp due to issues with seeing the pictures on the email. The individual was very helpful to begin with and reassured me they would be repaired and sent back to me free of charge.

They were sent via DPD received by the company on 15/01/2022. I asked if they had received them which they had and would be sending them off to be repaired that week. I am still yet to receive my shoes 6 weeks later.

I have continually tried to contact them via WhatsApp and email, to which I keep being ignored and getting no response. The last I heard from them was 08/02/2022, when they said they would get back to me with an update after they had called the person repairing the shoes.

I was told the individual was very reliable but very busy at the moment. I understand people are busy and have other repairs to do but the repair was very small and I was told it would take no time at all.

I have sent numerous messages since and none have been responded to.

The shoes cost over £300 and have a lot of value to me. I feel due to the lack of communication and constantly being told they’re still with the repairer, at this rate I feel I will not be getting my shoes back. I feel very regretful for sending the shoes back and I am disappointed with the recent lack of communication. I was told it would not take much time and they’re completely reliable, but I feel I have been pushed to the side and forgotten about.

I would appreciate a response and for my shoes to be returned back to me regardless of repair or not.

UPDATE -
After posting this review, the owner reached out to me and apologised for the situation.
The communication since has been good and they sent the shoes back to me right away. I have now received my shoes back the following day. Although, they could not be repaired and were not cleaned as I was told they would be.

Late writing this review, bought my daughter for her birthday High top jordans and i was worried that the size may not be right. Customer service was fab, they said they would exchange to bigger size no problem even though i bought the trainers 4 weeks before my daughters birthday. Extremely pleasent buying experience, have recommended site to many friends. Thank you will def buy from you again.

Ordered a hoodie and after 2 weeks I didn’t hear anything about my order and when I asked why they said they need to order one in and after another 2 weeks wait they emailed me explaining it’ll be 2 weeks till the receive the item before they ship it to me

I was waiting for long time eventually I got refund for the delivery however when my Gucci sliders arrived on the box was originally pricing £205 and I got just well more then that.

Look elsewhere before purchasing from this company total bump. They charged me £259.99

Despite problems with Courier Sneaker Velocity themselves were fantastic, good communication throughout and very positive throughout, 1st pair went missing due to courier which was explained in detail, 2nd pair sourced quicker than expected and arrived very well packaged and protected, already looking at 2nd order shortly, would highly recommend

Took 12 Days From Purchase To Receiving Shoes. Shoes Came Great. Not A Bad Turnover & Would Probably Buy From Them Again.

The website was easy to navigate and had a wide choice of trainers to choose from. Delivery was quick (only 3 days after I ordered) and very pleased with the trainers, my fiancé loved them!
Will be using this company again in the future.
