Had ordered a pair of Jordan 4 Oreo’s and upon arrival I could see there was a slight manufacturing issue with the shoe. I emailed Sneaker Velocity and they were very helpful and explained what might have happened. Even though it was no fault of their own, they sent out a replacement pair rapidly as I was needing them for a certain day. The shoes have arrived 2 days earlier than needed and they fully refunded the delivery cost I paid to make sure they were here with plenty time. Great customer service and great shoes.

Customer service is non-existent, I’ve emailed them 3 times in the last couple months and no response at all. I paid for a pair of shoes and have heard nothing back from then regarding, extremely disappointing as I would have given a 5*

Was contacted by Sneaker velocity, who very genuine and apologetic and explained what the cause was. Problem was resolved instantly and swiftly with feedback taken on board. Brilliant customer service shown throughout phone call, therefore a 5 star rating
