Driver was on time, super polite and we arrived even earlier that we planned. Great service!

Our driver, Taksim, kept us updated on his progress and arrived at the correct place in Gouda, even though it is quite tricky to get there. His Mercedes van was immaculately clean and smelled quite pleasant inside. He assisted with loading all the luggage as well.

As a driver, this gentleman is an example of a very careful, professional man who takes his job seriously. Not once did he exceed the speed limit and we felt very safe in his vehicle.

He dropped us off at the correct terminal and once again assisted to unload our luggage.

I wish to state that we were extremely happy with the service of this company, and especially with Taksim. We will certainly make use of their services in future again!

Driver was friendly and professional. He picked us up on time in his clean and comfortable vehicle. It was a seamless experience booking an advance pick-up via the internet and good value for money. I would definitely recommend sneleentaxi to my family and friends.

Warning!!! SCAM ALERT! This company will scam you. They provided an incorrect time for my taxi (not the time I requested) and refused to amend the time or cancel and then charged me the full fare even though the service was not delivered. This is despite the fact the Taxi driver never attended to pick me up.

Input all your info and pay, then they tell you they can't do it. Tell me that before you have my money

This is the worst service ever. I ordered the taxi online paid online. As soon as I landed I received a whatsapp message where I was. I informed the driver we just landed and where I should meet him,I provided my flight number and he said that I should text him when I was on the way to meeting point, which I did. He then send me a message that he was gone and that he waited 10min! My money was not refunded and he didn't pick up the phone when I called! I called the customer service, also very unhelpful and said since I didn't inform them of my flight number at booking (which I did) the taxi waits 10 min and leaves. No refund! This is theft! Do not use these services lost my money and no taxi.

It was okay, driver was polite, but also late 5 min without giving any notice.

They made us pay only to tell us that they couldn't find us a ride, when we called them back they said that they wont return the money today and it will take a while for them to pay us back, customer service was unhelpful and basically told us to leave a bad review if we want to and hung up on us

The driver was great communicating, we talked by whatsapp and everything was very clear. He was waiting for me when I landed and the car was new and spotless.

Since placing my request for the ride till dropping me to my hotel, the Sneleetaxi were there for me and answered all requests and were very welcoming, helpful, prompt and understanding.

Rude driver who left us stranded in the airport because we were 10 minutes late for the meeting time. This is in spite of the terms and conditions stating that the taxi will wait 1 hour and 10 minutes beyond the arrival time of the flight if you leave the flight number (which we did). Tried to contact customer service for a refund but unable to reach them by phone and the email bounced back. To be avoided.

I used this service because I had a tight timeline between airport and my meeting in The Hague. I was disappointed as they had indicated they would meet me at arrivals. When they did not arrive I called and a rather grumpy person told me to go to Departure Gate 3 - it's OK but a fairly long walk so caused delays and then they were not there yet. The driver was safe and good though.

Taxi was 5 minutes early, driver was friendly and his car was well maintained. I was dropped off at Schiphol on time, without any stress.
