Not recommended. An item was delivered incorrectly and had to be returned. Despite having paid in full, I am now left without the product. This is not a good deal. My emails have gone unanswered, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
Sorry that is the right company (Answer on your response) I've already send you the Ordernumber 3 Times Before but i've got no answer and no product..

Sending took a bit to long
Sending took a bit to long. But it was not Snowcountrys fault but UPS. But I was happy to finaly receive the product.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, I was still on vacation when the package was delivered by UPS. We have agreed on a storage location that has not been used. Instead, I should sign when receiving the package. Because I was not there, the package was stored in the nearest branch. So the reception dragged on unuselessly. Why a signature?

We are sorry to hear about your experience with UPS while you were on vacation. According to the tracking information, a delivery attempt was made at your address. As the delivery was not successful, the parcel was taken to a nearby pickup point, which is standard procedure when a signature is required and no one is available to receive the package.
We understand that this may have been inconvenient. We can confirm that the parcel was collected and later returned to us. The invoice has been credited on February 20.

Everything worked out fine. Delivery and the parcel arrived in good shape.
Have not yet tested the product, but as I had the same before I am not concerned about something bad.
