Beautiful board but arrived damaged
The snowboard looks really beautiful and well made, and I was very excited when it arrived. However, unfortunately it came with a dent.
Since I received it in Switzerland and already had to pay customs fees twice, it’s not really viable for me to send it back for an exchange.
I would really appreciate it if you could help find a solution. I’m concerned about using it in this condition, as I’m worried that water could get into the wood through the damaged area, causing it to swell and making the board unusable over time.
