I wanted a quote for a new boiler installed and went directly through viessmann who arranged for Snug energy to contact me as my local authorised installer. I received a rough quote over the phone which was way cheaper than any other I had then Andy came and did a quick survey to make sure everything was as I had said.
Boiler was installed 3 days later very professional and neat and tidy.

We had an old symstem .which was removed and a new combi boiler fitted with the hive control symstem . the lads arrived on time and fiitted our new symstem .iam very pleased with the work done .I would certainly recommend them . 👍

Hello all, I spoke to Kerry who organised and called me to ask if it was okay to come out and fix boiler. I explain to her our disability and requirement. Kerry note then down and told me not to worry and she told me the time and date of installation. Kerry also kept me up to date of times change and so on. The installer Bradley came out and follow all information which Kerry tuck from me. They both follow the plan and I was shock, as the team work was excellent. Bradley install the boiler and did very good job. He was polite, helpful and did a great job. I wish he could do all of my plumbing work in the future has he was excellent at his job and understanding my disability. Jake was great and got the job done in great time and was friendly. Kerry, Bradley and Jake were great as a team and work to high standard of work and customer service and Kerry was very good at communication with Bradley. I feel they should be training people in every office and are asset to their employer. I would hope the management keep them on and give them a payrise and move them to the management team. I am also grateful to the Management team for training these guys and get the best people in. Figure cross the boiler work for years and keep us warm. The paperwork was a bit complicated and the terms and wording used is very hard to understand and I struggled with this alot. Other wise these guys have made an excellent team and made my installation very easy. Hope this help you.

Did exactly what they said on the tin 👍 Everyone we had contact with were great, including the office staff and the chap that came to do a survey. The fitter was on time, tidy and we are very pleased with our new boiler and the work done.

Turn up right on time and just cracked on with the job. Didn't even stop for lunch. Very efficient and quick.

The engineer was a pleasure to have working at our house. He was very friendly, a real nice guy, thorough, neat and tidy. I we are 100% happy with the install.

We had a new worcester bosch 30i installed because the one we had in our property was at least 15 years old (serviced regularly). From the point of first contact to completion, everything was fantastic, we even got an earlier date due to a cancellation.
It was fitted professionally with minimal fuss and cleanliness and after it was be fitted, everything was explained. The person fitting it was courteous, clean and asked permission all the way through if he needed to move or do anything.
Fist class service and workmanship.

I would recommend using this company. We had a very pleasant experience with them from start to finish. We where eligible for a new boiler through eons boiler grant scheme. Snug explained the process to us and kept us up to date at every opportunity. There tradesmen where tidy, professional and polite and everyone we dealt with was very pleasant. All visits to the house where in line with covid guidelines too. All in all we are very happy customers.

I had my new boiler installed last month.

For two days after the installation 1 of my radiator wasn`t working properly.
I manage to contact snug energy, and they solution was to try and charge me for unnecessary work.

I had to call a plumber around to repair the work that was done.
The only work needed doing was to adjust and balance the 2 radiators downstairs and not to change my pipes as the installer wanted.

I am paying a lot of money for this installation and I expected more and better job.
I need a reimbursement for a job I paid and should have been done by the installer.

By the way, this new system was supposed to save me money but how am i going to save money if the house feels colder than before? and as a result i am having the heating on more often.
The house is not warm enough.

Amazing boiler installation by snug energy. Very professional workmanship and followed all covid ppe requirements.
From start to finish has been a positive experience.
The installer was friendly, helpful and explained how to use the boiler and controls and also left it spotless deserve the 5 star. I would recommend to family and friends.

Sent by Eon to install a new boiler. Initially a fantastic service. Came out quickly, great work, no complaints. Was told they would have to come back to do some external work. I have now tried to organise this three times. The first time they came without the right equipment. The second time they cancelled twice and never rearranged. The third time they just didn't bother showing up and didn't let me know. Disappointed after what was initially a good experience.

Looking back these guys were terrible. The installation job is poor and messy and the thermostat packed in after 3 months, now I have to stand there to change the heating for about 10 minutes as it switches itself off and restarts itself everytime you touch it.

Happy to report we recently had our boiler upgrade completed by Snug Energy. All work was completed to an high standard in all areas as well as being completed within the day! From survey to completion can't thank the team enough for advice and support - will also take advantage of the annual service offered by them.

I wish I had had a better experience with the sub contractors of Eon, as others seemed to have had.
Terrible service from both parties, lack of communication, and I don’t think they have heard of customer service.
New boiler was ordered, 2 engineers turned up to install, no ID badges and no masks worn or even offered to be worn. They rushed the job as it was Saturday and they wanted to get home, as that’s what the engineer even said!
Thy also did not cover anything, so the mess was disgusting & took all weekend and more to clean.
ill fitted boiler, leaking radiator, as for the brick work ... absolutely awful.
It was left like this for nearly a month! No apology nothing!!
Has now been rectified, after a lot of calls on my part , but it’s not brilliant at all, in fact I will be getting a professional to tidy it all up, one that takes pride in their work.
Do not use either of these companies if you want a professional job done, my advice , choose someone else, if only I had!
