Brilliant and Professional and totally transparent. Above and Beyond care and attention. Cannot recommend more to anyone. Worth every single penny on our pregnancy journey with twins on board. We thank you with all our hearts for everything you have done for us. Couldn’t have managed without.

It’s been 3 months since selling my shoes and I am yet to receive a payout because apparently UPS have delays “because of brexit”

Do not use bump if you want speedy selling.

Support is rubbish they just tell you what you already know..

I am not stuck with my package god knows where (maybe lost) with no payout.

Do NOT trust these people with your designer shoes.

This is probably one of the worst platforms to sell and buy sneakers. I sold a pair through the app and the shoes didn't even reach bump for authentication because their was probably something wrong with the shipping label they provided. Ups sent them back. Upon contacting support and specifically DYMTRO who is literally supposed to be support he said to me contact support again. HE IS LITERALLY SUPPORT. where are the brain cells?

I actually feel really sorry for the buyer who has been scammed as they bought the shoes through bump.

DON'T use Bump. STOCKX and GOAT have much better support and will actually care for their customers and sellers.

First they lost my package. Then they told me will send my money to my PayPal but since then it’s been almost a month now and I still not seeing my money

After trying to buy from 2 different seller and the sneakers was fake .The problem was with the refund,2 times they refunded me less with 69 $ ,and the second time with 55 $ ,after they received the sneakers and failed verification ,still waiting to be refunded ,sent the photos with the payment and refunded money of paypal ,and still eaiting

My first time using the app I received an email my item had sold so I send in my Retro Jordan 4. I then receive an email stating the sale was canceled because the item was worn. It’s not even my size but ok I wait for them to send my sneakers back after paying the $20 they charge you for shipping. A week later after locating my item they sent me a fake Jordan that was worn. No one responds to an email or chat or Instagram. So they just stole $180 from me. Never again!

I'm regular seller on different websites... BUMP was the worst experience ever. "You will receive your money in 24 hours". After 1 month, I received my money (4500€).?? After 12 mails !!
Matthew said, your will receive a compensation...
But actually no answer.
No excuse, no answer. Never again !

Am so disappointed about this I don’t recommend anyone to use this app

also their Customer Service don’t do anything

I bought supreme peach hoodie and they said its legit, but I found out evidence that the hoodie is fake. Also, the description said the seller only worn once, but the hoodie smells like weed and cigarette. They don't even check if the hoodie is worn once or not.

DO NOT BUY SNEAKERS ON BUMP.
ALSO IF YOU JUST PAYED AND THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED, THEY CAN DELET YOUR ORDER IN ANY TIME IF IN THE MEANTIME THEY FIND AN HIGHER OFFICE.
SOSNEAKERS' PRICES ARE NOT CHEAPER THAN OTHER SITES.
