After the 9% fee changed in the other app ;) I thought there would be no better alternative, until I came across Bump. This app actually put work by having verification stores across different regions to check the items you want to buy. The employees in-hand check all the items from sneakers, clothes, jewelries, you name it. The money you pay for verification is worth it , because you can sit back and relax without getting scam by sellers who wanna give you fake / items that don’t fit to the description or even buyers that charge back using paypal or filing a fake claim. If you do experience this problem, they will automatically 100% refund you. Also, if you buy somewhere from different countries that needed customs, they will take care of it by showing the fees you must pay. Therefore, there’s no worry of hidden fees that will shock you. Finally, the number 1 thing I appreciate about this app is the fast and welcoming customer service. Goodluck guys!

Communication was helpful, although shipper never sent the shoes, nothing bad on bumps end they fully refunded me, although I wish we could message to sellers/buyers to figure out where he went wrong, either way great app very legit

‘Specialist authenticators’ wrongly marked my item as fake & not only lost me a sale, but charged me for it too.

They were happy to reply before this about other issues, but now seem to be ignoring me.

Was in hospital for a few days and I couldnt cancel or ship the item that I sold. I hadn't received any money from the seller and bump hadn't warned me about the 15% fee they take if you fail to post an item. I was charged £75 as a fee for not posting an item. I'm outraged as I had no way of doing so. This is terrible and a system like this shouldn't be in place. Awful

BUMP is one of my favourite places to shop. They have a great range of sneakers and luxury and it’s all authenticated by their experts so I know I’ll never get scammed. The best thing too is that they have pre-used products, which means I can pick up items for a fraction of what they'd cost new. I got a used Louis Vuitton card holder for my boyfriend at like 40% below resell price and it arrived super quick and the condition is amazing. I love the app and can't wait to pick up more steals!

When i accidentally entered the wrong information while typing in my shipping details, I was super worried that they wouldn't be able to ship my package. But it turns out it's super easy to just send a Email and get a quick response, the service is great and Dmytro I think the guy was called, was both friendly and helpful! I really recommend this!!!
