Unprofessional & unreliable platform

Sold an item and shipped it out immediately. It was authenticated and sent on to the buyer, but payout has still not been sent after more than 3 weeks! Customer service is very slow to respond and does not solve the problem. Absolutely terrible company

I sold an item and ups messed up

I sold an item and you have to ship within a certain amount of days. Ups kept messing up which meant that the package wasn’t collected for 6 days. Other apps would just cancel the sale and penalize you but on bump they rang me as soon as I sold the item and kept messaging me to see how it was going. They’re very understanding and it’s so much easier when you’re actually speaking to someone instead of a robotic help center. Dmytro was always assisting me and was very understanding of the situation

Helpful

I sent my shipping our wrong accidentally and thought I’d be charged for it but once I emailed them they helped me so much to make sure I get my payment once the verification check is complete

Bump customer service towards sellers is unparalleled. They’ll email, call, and even text you directly with live help and immediate responses. Special shoutout to my customer service rep Catalin! She was extremely helpful and I’m very thankful to her!

A great platform for selling items! Great value for money in terms of fees and an amazing choice of items to choose from. Big shout to Dmyto for helping me resolve an issue as well- as a representative of their customer service, he was excellent.
