BUMP 

Asked for a refund after being sold a counterfeit bag that was “authenticated” by bump. Only after messaging Matthew at sobump.com did I receive any kind of help.

He insisted I send over pictures of the product and he will have the lead authenticator take a look.

After admitting they messed up and sent me a fake bag, Matthew proceeded to process a refund.... or so I thought.

Instead of “refunding” my money S94 sent me a “payment” in the amount of the refund. Which wouldn’t be a big deal except paypal is HOLDING THE MONEY UNTIL 9/14 because S94 did not “refund” me they sent me a “payment”

ALL they have to do to give me access to my money RIGHT AWAY is log into their paypal and click “confirm receipt” (even though they’re not waiting for anything.)

And the problem would be solved.

Instead I’m getting no response.

This is ridiculous I ordered some supreme Nike af1 laces and it only came with one lace not the pair and I have proof that there’s only one with photos and they won’t give me a refund. They are a bunch of scammers. Do not use bump again.

Biggest waste of time ever!!! They trying to emulate StockX . Yet not a clue what doing!!! Use StockX/ Grailed/Goat, anything but this "Mickey Mouse" set up... BUMP selling everything you can buy on E-Bay,, only charging twice as much for ZERO service. Waste of time out of date website...

very easy to get scammed i havent bought anything since now i think they are doing the in person authentication but i still wont buy from there

garbage app, you cant even list a price. I dont know if this is the new update, but I literally cannot sell because it doesn't allow me to pick a price or connect my paypal. Tou-tou never use this app.

Full of fake items that either don't pass the authentification stage or are not available any more!
So why are they displayed?
Tried to order 3 times other 3 weeks!
It looks great at a first glance but it's really a platform you should avoid visiting!

Basically, every buyer wants to ‘trade’ and will give you pictures of some Yeezys that are really from dhgate. I swear nothing on this site is real. I spent 2 minutes and the first hoodie I come across is the worst fake ever. The tag isn’t even a rectangle. Look take your time somewhere else. If you want this hoodie so bad I’d take my money elsewhere, you’re prolly paying half price for a fake. You report it: nothing happens. The buyer has tons of past sales, and you damn well know each and every one of them is fake. This site makes grailed look like a freaking authentication god. Like holy heck BEWARE AND ALWAYS GET A THIRD FORTH FIFTH OPINION IF YOURE GONNA BUY FROM THIS SHITSHOW.

TERRIBLE! I SOLD AND SHIPPED A PAIR OF SHOES TO THE BUYER WITH NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER! THEY TOLD ME MY FUNDS WOULD BE RELEASED WITHIN 5 MINUTES IF THE ITEMS BEING DELIVERED! WHEN THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED THEY EMAILED ME ABOUT A $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT!!???! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!???? NEVER STATED ANYTHING ABOUT IT IN PREVIOUS EMAILS OR IN THE CONFIRMATION OF THE SALE!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY PAYOUT FOR THE ITEMS!!!!! NEVER WORK WITH THEM!!!

Do yourself a massive favour and do not use, ordered a cap for £75 and it never arrived. Had to raise a dispute with paypal for refund and a month later I still do not have the refund. Worst service i have ever encountered
