Excellent customer service. I ordered my new sofa bed beginning of December 24 and they did advise I wouldn't get it before Christmas. I did chase up after 28 days as they clearly state orders received within that time period. They did all they could to get my sofa to me ASAP after the new year. I would have given 5 stars had I received it within 28 days and if a cushion cover had been on the right way. Took me days figuring out why one cushion looked different to the other 😄. However great customer service and the sofa is lovely and very well made. Definitely recommend this company.

Great service from selection right through to delivery

I was very excited to see that sofabed,co,uk had a chaise longue style sofa bed. I was nervous to order one however without trying it. The vendors spent an hour on the phone with me, even a video call to make sure the bed would fit in my tiny cottage. They sent swatches rapidly. They also made an extra bolt on piece for it so it would fit in the space. The final product is so stunning. It is incredibly comfortable and the bed is so easy to set up. The fabric I chose was even more beautiful than the swatch. It is wonderful !!

Our sofa bed is for our guests. Our recent family guests thought it was comfortable.
We upgraded the mattress and got a comfy mattress topper. This makes a difference for comfort so I highly recommend upgrading.
When making our decision, I telephoned the company and happened to speak with the Managing Director who answered the phone and patiently answered all of my questions. This closed the deal for me. We are happy with the look of our sofa and the comfort of the bed.

When our sofabed was delivered the delivery guys left it in the garage having decided that they could not get it into the 'room of choice', which was pretty disappointing as they did not try very hard!
The sofabed itself ( now that we have put it into our room of choice) looks great. As with most sofa beds, the cushions to sit on are very firm, but overall I am happy with the purchase.
