I have bought many products and always happy with quality and style- they are v good price/quality ratio but delivery service was absolutely terrible, unprofessional and total lack of communication and coordination and ultimately broken promises. I had to pay for 2 more hours of electric lift and labor who then actually gave up and left as late on Saturday evening and no sign of delivery, we were left to get the sofa in through windows with ropes and manual labour in pouring rain. I wrote to both companies together and still no response which is unacceptable also. Its disappointing because a great product is let down by such an important logistical aspect and would make you consider again on repurchase.

Purchased side tables and a futon. High quality products and good value for money. Very happy with both. One thing I might have appreciated was an estimate on delivery times. It was a few weeks delay and it would have been nice to have an estimate.

The sofa was fantastic but the delivery service was terrible, lack of communication and coordination, I had to pay for 2 more hours of electric lift and labor since they never notified me of the time with the necessary time and this caused me absolute discomfort

Great customer experience at the Antwerp showroom, the staff really took their time to accompany us in our choice and was very accommodating. We are happy with our purchase, the pieces look great, of good quality, the sofa is comfortable and really changes our room for the better! The quality price ratio was also satisfactory.
I gave it only 4 stars because the delivery aspect taken care of by their contractor (49 euros charge on your bill, so this is not even included) was NOT good. The first link they sent to indicate when we would like to be delivered was broken, so the client service of SofaCompany had to step up and arrange the date of the delivery by email. Then, we waited the entire day at home from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm with no indication of the exact range they could come by (though they tell you the link gets updated the day before around 6pm to give you a 2 hour window, not true or simply not done). The page then said that the delivery failed because we weren't home, although no one tried to call us on the mobile number we provided or ring the door bell. We had to follow up ourselves and reschedule a new delivery date, the next day was not possible so it was the day after. Once again, the page did not get updated the evening before so we had no idea when the delivery staff would drop by. When they arrived, they took out the packages from the truck to the lobby of our building (my husband helping and carrying some packages as well), and although we had a lift, they did not bother bringing any package upstairs to our floor. The biggest package (the sofa) was not fitting, though we knew from the sofa dimension that all we had to do was to remove the sofa from the box, they did not bother to help us and remove the sofa from the box. They claimed that they were not allowed to do so. We had to take another 45 minutes on our day to do it ourselves and complete the delivery that we paid money for. And of course it perfectly fit the lift as we had expected.
SofaCompany offered an in-kind compensation for the annoyance of the delivery, which was appreciated. I truly hope they change delivery contractors who left a sour note to what would otherwise be a perfectly smooth and seamless transaction.
