SofaLush 

When I made my first order from Sofalush everything was fine. My second order never arrived and communication stopped completely. I tried contacting them via email and on Facebook and Instagram but received no response at all. I am now trying to recover my money through my bank. It's already been 8 months trying to get my money back, the bank is slow too.

I ordered July 1st and it has been 10 weeks with no sofa covers. I've tried contacting them and get no response. Now it appears their website no longer works.

Ordered sofa and chair covers in January 2023. This is now June. NEVER received them. Contacted company FIVE TIMES. No response. They took my money ($79.96)!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

Product naff, can't return. BUYER BEWARE. Followed all the instructions to return they've not processed the return I've been contacting them directly, 4 times over a month, was told to wait to be processed, not happened now being ignored by customer service. Absolute con. Dont use. Should sofalush sort this out I will amend the review.

Update to my review: the returned cushion covers bounced back even though I followed Sofalush's instructions with the correct address and the postal service said they are no long at that address?? I'm emailing sofulush weekly with no response. Huge red flag. So I am now out of pocket the cost of the item PLUS the postage to return it. I'm stuck with this product that looks NOTHING like what the website advertised and paid too much money for it. I think I can finally admit this company is a SCAM.

We were SO excited for this product but received both products with different bleach stains on them. Paying for return and new product isn’t worth the extra money….what if the next one also has stains and it’s a vicious cycle??
Value is not worth while unfortunately.

Horrible customer service - Half the order was received - It costs $57.70 to mail to the UK from Boston. Sofa Lush will not return my money. Customer service is non-responsive. I paid $181.00 and I require a full refund. Sofa covers did not fit, the pattern was a different color than shown, it did not show dots online. The Sofa Lush return policy is a scam. The company is not regulated in the U.S. BUYER BEWARE!

I placed an order a month ago for cushion covers. I am still waiting for the order to be delivered. Each weekend I will get an email indicating that the shipment has left the courier’s depot. To say that I am disappointed I with this company is an understatement.

Just recieved my second order from SofaLush, and once again I was very impressed by the service and fast delivery. Would highly recommend SofaLush to anyone. You won't be disappointed. Thank you SofaLush.

Measured and ordered covers of choice. Slow delivery because of Suez Canal, no problem. When my sofa covers arrived they were too short width wise to tuck down. Returned product and ordered 3 seater covers. These turned up quicker, and again are not big enough to tuck in! I am still awaiting a refund from the first set, and now have another set to return! Also given up on my funky Zebra stripped sofas. ☹️

My order took over a month and a half to “arrive” and was never actually delivered to my house but left outside the building by the courier where it was promptly stolen. Contacted SofaLush for assistance and was advised they would neither replace nor refund the package. Absolute waste of time and money; useless customer service.

Horrible customer service and return not to mention the poor quality of the covers. I fallowed measurement guid. Ordered two covers. Got them WEEKS later and they did not fit and you could see through them. I tried to return but they only wanted to give me a 50% and I pay for the shipping. I contacted paypal and then they agreed for a 100% refund but would only give me a P.O. Box address in the UK and would not provide me with a number. The shipping was going to be over what I paid for the covers. This company is unethical. DO NOT ORDER from them. Save your money. There are better companies who don't manufacture crap from china and then make it more expensive to return so they van keep your money. They are counting on you not returning it.

Not great quality and took a very long time to arrive. The covers are not fire retardant. As the product is specifically designed to cover a sofa, unlike a throw, it should be fire retardant. This is not explicit on their website.

I got the three-seater cover for my leather couch, and although SofaLush claims their covers will work on leather couches, it's a crapshoot. While I'm sure some leather couches work, it likely depends on the shape of your couch. My couch's shape did not keep the foam rollers in place, and because it's leather, the cover would easily slip whenever we sat down and pop the foam rollers right out. Even lining the seat cushions with nonslip carpet pads and using carboard corners didn't ultimately solve the problem. SofaLush's return policy states once the product is used it cannot be returned, so you won't really know if it will work on your leather couch until it's too late. If you're worried this product won't work on your leather couch, I'd say it wouldn't hurt to play it safe and pass this option by.

I recently purchased a sofa cover from sofalush, I received it with no problems. I liked it so much that I ordered a second cover. This time the cover took an eternity to arrive so I contacted them. Francine was very quick to reply and looked into the order, apparently Hermes had lost my order, however, trying to speak to anyone at Hermes is a waste of time.
Sofalush have now refunded my order with no fuss. The customer service from this company is excellent and even though I didn’t get my item I felt well looked after. I will definitely use again.

I didn't receive my order. No response from customer service. I even read reviews, but they must pay ppl to give fake reviews. I didn't dig further to see the bad ones since the rating was so high.

I never received my order. I'm pretty sure they don't have customer support. I get these super generic form emails whenever I try to contact them. I'm leaning towards thinking this company isn't even real, that's it's all just a big fraud.

This is the most dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with. What they dont tell you about their return policy is that you must return the product OVERSEAS at your own expense. Horrible

I ordered a couch covers for 2 couches and the material is cheap. Everything sticks to the fabric, after 1 days it has multiple little holes from sitting on it only a couple hours. The useless foams sticks they give you to stuff down in the crack of the couch pop out every single time you sit, they have just become chew toys for my dog. Oh and it took over a month to show up.. if you have a 150$ to light on fire, do it! You’ll get more use from the fire before it burns out then you will from these cheap couch covers. 24 hours later I want to rip them off the couch already

Be warned because returns are not easy and customer service is poor. My first order took many weeks to arrive, I was OK with this because of covid etc. I sent some items back 7 weeks ago - tracked as per instructions - still haven't had my refund. Customer service is slow and you have to keep chasing. Ended up opening a PayPal dispute.
In the meantime I had placed another order - 8 weeks ago now - and still no sign of it. I've requested a refund but they've not even responded.
Shame because the product is lovely, but I spent over £300 with them and am worried I won't get a product or my money back!
