Dropship business model
Ok product. Be warned though, this is a “dropship” business model. They don’t hold any stock. When you place your order with them, they place an order from their supplier in China, who then post the item directly to your address. Delivery takes forever. In truth, I prefer honesty and had I have know they operate in this way, I would have ordered elsewhere.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. The colors aren’t what is advertised, one of the pillowcases ripped as we put a pillow on. We were going return it but it gets shipped to the UK so shipping is $40. It looks awful. It doesn’t even cover the couch attractively it has lumps and parts that don’t push in and you can see the styrofoam when you sit down. Shipping took forever too. Took over a month and a half to receive it. There goes my money down the drain. It’s better off in the trash

Still waiting for my item...after 3 months
Same as the other review. I order a cover for my sofa in April and now we in August and still haven't received it. I email the customer service but their answer is always the same "the package has arrived to your country but it is taking longer for delivery". My card was charged so not sure I will ever get a refund.
